Description of Work: Built suite , addition to my house, for my 85 year old widow mother. She has her own entrance way, hall, closets, complete bathroom, bedroom and sitting area, sliding patio door goes onto existing deck, and french doors lead into main house area. Ceramic tile and wall to wall carpeting, bedroom and bathroom across from each other, all areas wide enough for wheelchair or walker use, plenty of windows, separate central air and heat, ceiling fans. The foundation is sturdy and solid, carpentry work excellent, plumbing, heating, electric, phone, cable and plenty of outlets. It does not look like an extension but part of the house, it flows, everything outside matches. Highly highly highly recommend. Dependable and when project started it kept moving, nothing started then stopped everything kept going until complete.

+ 0 morePrecision Builders did a great job. Very responsive and professional. We had an issue with getting the proper permit, which caused a two week delay. That was a pain, because it just extended the time we were without a master bath, but we kept them busy with other projects while we waited for the permit. I would recommend Precision Builders for similar projects.
Description of Work: Remodeled Master Bathroom, which included tearing out jacuzzi and existing shower, building new interior walls and large shower, changing the location and size of a window, installing new toilet, installing ceramic tile floors and shower, etc. Also installed bead board in hall bath, and furniture style closet storage system in walk-in closet.

+ 0 moreHe did a really good job and we would recommend him. His quote was the lowest and the most detailed document. He literally enumerated everything so we knew everything that he was going to do so he wasn't fudging. He was totally flexible when we wanted to make changes. He quoted us the changes upfront and was still able to get the work done on time even with the changes. There were zero surprises. He was a very nice guy to have around our house. We didn't mind the fact that we were kind of living with him for 2 or 3 weeks. We would definitely use him again.
Description of Work: We used Precision Builders to do work on our master bath. They did a pretty major rework. They put in a large shower and rearranged some other things. It was a major master bath remodel.
