Description of Work: They did maintenance checks on our furnace and air conditioning units. We have a contract with them and they do a very good job. They are always here when they say they will be and the minor repairs they have done were done well.

All was as advertised.
Description of Work: Horizon cleaned a clog in my drain after my unsuccessful attempt. I snaked about 17' from my kitchen finding lots of issues from years' past but Horizon said the clog was about 22' downstream.

Description of Work: I had 2 hot water heaters replaced at 2 of my houses. They are everything the advertisement says they are, but double or more the price of anyone else. Yes they wear the booties and come on time but you pay dearly. However, in removing the 75 gallon hot water heater from my house they did scratch my basement wall and put a couple nice dents in the laundry room door. I didnt report it patched and fixed it myself but they are a bit of a rip-off. True, if you need it done now and cant get anyone else they will come and you will pay. If I can get another contractor in to do my work I will shop decide and put these guys totally as a last resort.

Description of Work: This space is too small to describe the debacle and incompetency I experienced. So, in a nutshell, I used the plumbing service to have some pipes and whole-house filters changed out. One of the pipes cracked and my basement was flooded. Also the filters used were not whole-house and allowed sediment and rust to freely through my house. They tried to fix (7 total trips to my house) but were completely inept. Needless to say, everything they did had to be ripped out and redone by an experienced plumber.
