Description of Work: Hands down....the most professional company I have EVER dealt with.

Description of Work: They replaced 3 sets of sink valves and one toilet. The work was fine and the plumbers were very professional and very clean. The work went well, but the job was way over priced when I checked out out plumbers to do the same work. Horizon was 3x the price of other plumbers. |The horizon people are a class group of people - an asset to their company, but the pricing is way out of line.

Description of Work: Opened cover and said I need a new heater. Technician refused to red tag it, although he scared the tenant until she was screaming. Free inspections and tune up are a cover for an expensive sales pitch. I would never use them again. | |Horizon voided the 99.00 invoice. They have never called me again - good.

Description of Work: installed new ac unit and furnace

Description of Work: There was a problem with a back up in my sewer line because of tree roots. At first there was a problem that the water would back up and flood the basement. However, the tech had such experience that he was able to open the pipe without a flood and was able to clear the drain.

Description of Work: Horizon Services replaced my furnace, A/C, and water heater. I was very impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, and quality of their work. While they were not the least expensive of three estimates, I felt that they did the best job of explaining the work that needed to be performed and they completed the job the next day. I also used Horizon Services for a plumbing repair but was dissatisfied with the repair and received my fee back.

Description of Work: Performed annual maintenance on HVAC system. Prompt. Efficient. Wore shoe covers each time technician came into house. Explained what he did and what was included in the annual service price.

Description of Work: They installed a new gas furnace and air conditioning unit. I was satisfied with their work and the Lenox units they installed (so far). Everyone was pleasant and professional and did work on a timely basis. My only complaint is the the cost. The new furnace was needed quickly so I did not check other dealers. I have since seen ads for similar installations at a much cheaper price. To their credit, they do tell you up front that they are more expensive than most of their competitors, but that they offer better installation, service, and longer warranty than the others. I have had no problems with the equipment so far so I cannot comment on their on-going service.

Description of Work: Professional, prompt, and helpful. Cleaned my furnace and found issue forgot about from prior year. Showed me how to fix on my own and gave me heads up on how might need to put more into correcting come spring. Offered additional promotion in addition to one already receiving... for $10 more ($99) will receive 3 visits all together to check my Air in spring and heat again in the Winter. Very happy with service, price and help.

Description of Work: They put in a new heating & AC system. They were in and out in one day and were very clean. They come out once a year to service it. We've had no problems.

Description of Work: Installed toilet we purchased. Everything went as planned.

Description of Work: Were supposed to have serviced the furnace for the 2014-2015 winter. |Work was not done properly. Furnace shut down after 1 week when turned on. |Their "special technician" came to check it out.2 minutes after he looked at a couple of places he said I needed a new HVAC system. Said he would have a salesman call me and left. Called another company they came inspected both Furnace and AC told me all they needed was to be properly maintained and cleaned. Four hours later he was finished. Both furnace and AC worked and are still working.

Description of Work: Was told my AC unit was fine to repair no need to replace, broke down next summer was told it needed to be replaced years ago and it was out of compliance because it had no outside power shut off that I paid to have removed because I was told it was not needed the year before. Complete rip-off as service guys get commision for selling you extra services. service b-4 2013

Description of Work: I had a broken facet handle on my jacuzzi tube, which was only installed a year prior. I was unable to turn the water off. So after trying to fix it myself, which did not turn out well, I called Horizon. |The technician they sent out was great, he had some difficulty trying to solve my issue, but was determined. After 2 hrs he finally found the problem. The person who installed the facet forget a part, which caused it to break! |He inserted the correct part and was done! Only charge me minimal expense, because he felt he should of solved it sooner!
