Horrible Dont call them
Description of Work: Called to ask for someone to come out and provide an estimate on a new heatpump system. Waited 20 minutes on hold and was hung up on. Called back and waited another 30 minutes and when someone answered they transfered me to the wrong department and then was hung up on again. Called back and asked for a manager and they told me no one was available. The girl mentioned they had a lot of new people working there and don't know how to work the phones.

Description of Work: This company is all about the up-sell. I got 4 estimates for a new AC system. Horizon was more than double the other 3 and all four estimates were for a Lennox system. Absolutely ridiculous.... stick with your local guys.

Description of Work: They tried to upset us every time we they were her. Inserted the wrong blacklight and broke it. The first they were theh were here it cost over 500 extra. And told me I needed a new unit. The next time they came they told me I needed parts I didn't need. I went to a different company that confirmed I did not need any of the work they qouted. Never will use them again.
