No work done
Description of Work: I wanted an estimate for a whole house humidifier. After taking all my info, informing the rep that I just wanted an estimate (ball park) over the phone. I was told they don’t do that anymore and she wanted to schedule an appointment. As I said ok, she informed me it would cost $79 , just to come out. I said no thank you. How about informing me of the cost first before wasting 5 minutes of my time. Not everyone can afford to pay for estimates.
