Told horizon 2 guys were needed to clean drain they said ok we will send out 2, only 1 person showed up and they refused to send out another guy waited all day for them to come out and they wouldn’t do the job had to find another plumber to come out at 5 on a Saturday don’t use them they are horrible

Very prompt and professional. Air Conditioning required a couple of visits before they identified the problem, but return service was prompt.

It went good. I was satisfied with the work.

It was free because I have a service deal. I guess I had paid last year, but for the last service it was free. I'll be using them again because I have a coupon. Their service contract went up this year by a lot and I did not renew.

Was on one of the plans for heater and a/c maintenance. Every time someone came to do the regular tune up, they "found" something wrong with my units. I finally had enough when they told me my entire hvac unit had to be replaced when my a/c went out. I got someone else to look at it and it was a simple part replacement. In addition, the price quoted for an entire hvac replacement was 3 times as expensive as other quotes that I got. I always thought that Horizon was ridiculously overpriced, but that was the last straw. So, I fired Horizon and have been using someone else ever since. Customers don't like feeling ripped off.

It was excellent. They were different people and everything was different, but the workers are very trained. The service is excellent, but they were quoting me the same price as the rest of the companies I had contacted to give me estimates. I said no, that doesn't work. I got a better price after two months. They were different people (than the ones who earlier had installed another unit at my house), but they were still very good.

The whole thing is the salesperson is trying to get his commission higher than they were .Because of that any ordinary person would not be happy with them, but fortunately for me I do my homework, I checked with 10 people so I talked with the boss and told them I did not want any stories and told them the last price I could give. I was talking directly with Horizon headquarters and they said yes. They said they would send somebody and I am very happy with that. The whole thing cost about $8,500 and there was a $2,000 rebate. Their work is very beautiful and they don't make stories because it is a huge company. They just do their job and use the proper materials to make the situation right. They don't cut corners or try to tag you for everything small thing they do. They check out the situation of your house. I got higher quotes from a number of other companies. They gave very good, professional service.Out of the four I had they were the best price. It took them one day to get it installed. The communication and interaction were very good. They went above and beyond to make sure all of the piping was done to my satisfaction.

Replaced a drain in my kitchen sink. They came right out. Price seemed reasonable. The service people are always nice and they set the appointment up immediately. They are quick to come with the contract I have if something is broken. Always very professional.

I had one put in and have to keep it on contract with them. The guy came out, he was friendly and cleaned up after himself. He came to me with a thorough inspection. I wish they could have serviced me back in June. Price is kind of high. If you have a problem they will come right away. This was an appointment, I never expected them to be that busy that I had to wait. The come on time.

It's very good. Their price is average. Responsiveness is very good. Everything was good.

They explained the units they just installed or me and gave me what the difference was between the new ones and the old ones. Price, I don't know what other ones, I guess it would be average. When they came to put in the new units, they made sure to haul out the old units.

The parts would've cost between $20-$40 at Home Depot. Horizon was going to charge us $379 (they waived an additional $49.50 for just showing up) to do work that took the service provider about 30 minutes to do. I called a supervisor as the work was being done and he admitted to me that they receive several calls about extraordinarily high fees for their work. Both the supervisor and the service provider pointed out I am paying for gas in the truck, the electricity in the office, having 24-hour service, etc. The supervisor finally offered a coupon for $92.50 off their charge. I still feel overcharged for a simple service they provided. I feel that any other plumber would charge less for this job.

We have a contract with them. They're very expensive. It took about 2 days. They took the whole unit out and put the new units in.

They are good but expensive. They are expensive. They do a good job. They were fine, they are okay.

Everything went very well. It was only a minor thing that I had, they put in a new furnace, and in doing do, I have furnaces side by side, they cut a drain pipe and did not notice it. so I disovering some water coming down from the air conditioning that didn't do any damage. I called them and they were very responsive. I don't think I would mark them down because the furnaces were very close toegther and there were 3 people working, I don't know that in cutting the line that they knew it. They did a nice installation. I would use them again in the future.

They come twice a year to inspect and provide maintenance services. They come once in the winter for the heating and once in the summer for the A/C. They put in a new unit last year. They are extremely good. We have had one problem with them that they corrected very quickly. One time when they came, they managed to knock a few things down and did not bother cleaning up. I think they were just in a rush. To me it is not how badly you screw up, it is how you recover and they did recover quickly thought. We have a maintenance contract to cover that and a discount for any parts that they give us. If they have to come out, we do not get charged but we do get a discount on any parts. It is a good deal. It is not the cheapest by a long shot but we have tried several and we settled on them years ago. The value is good but the price is high.

I would give them A's across the board. They were punctual. They did the work, they did it well. We're still happy with it. They were good, They were good, They explained the new thermostat very well and explained how it would work and how the unit works. It was very clean.

Three years ago we bought a unit from them, so we get the first 4 years of maintenance free. They come out every year for the first 4 years.

I was surprised because the sell about them is high priced but for the special it was $99. The one drain did have an issue and they came back out with in 30 days like they guarantee with no charge very prompt i needed it done like yesterday one of those type deals. They were right on it. I was very impressed with they're timely-ness and they're professional put little booties on. I thought they were good. Again this was a special related to that the price was excellent, but that was a predetermined special. I've heard in other areas they can be extremely expensive. But for me, again I was very pleased. I wish I could give them 2 A's for responsiveness. They had people out that day. They ask you they have a team of drain cleaners. The dispatch, they were there that day. That was impressive.

They're wonderful.? They're a large local company. They do a quality job. They're pretty big. They are probably not the cheapest but they do quality work.? I think their prices are fine.? A for everything.

They have very good quality. Their technicians are well trained and they're clean cut. They have up-front pricing too; it's nice, it's not by the hour.

A's across the board.? They do a good job.

We were made to sign a Waiver of Right to Cancel and an Emergency Work Authorization although I had made it clear on the phone that it was not an emergency, we were just replacing functioning older elements with new ones. He then gave us a price that, even though it was said to be a service partner rate (they had previously done HVAC work for us), seemed extremely high, but we didn't have anything to compare it to (a mistake), so we said okay and he began work. He appeared to be having trouble removing the old sink, but did not inform us that he was damaging our counter top in the process. Not until he was all done and waiting for someone to bring him the right color caulk did he show us the many cracks in our counter top. He seemed surprised that we were unhappy about the damage. He went out to his truck and called in, then returned to say that his manager offered to install a toilet we had wanted to have replaced later at no charge. That didn't seem like much consolation when we are going to have to get all new counter tops installed in our kitchen, plus the sink and garbage disposal taken out and reinstalled. Later we had another plumber install our toilet, which cost less than a third of the service partner rate originally quoted to us by the Horizon technician, with no damage. We did not want Horizon to do any more plumbing for us. In addition to the ruined counter top, when the caulk cured it pulled away from the gap, leaving holes around the back and sides. We were also surprised that he took everything with him without asking us. I told him that the old garbage disposal still worked, we were just replacing it so we wouldn't have to do it later, and would have tried to see if someone else could use it. The same with the unused pieces from the new faucet. We chose not to install the soap dispenser, and he left us the just the pump piece while taking away the straw, the bottle, and the rest of the assembly pieces, as well as the deck plate and gasket that we didn't use. Maybe technicians are told to scavenge spare parts for future jobs, but we had purchased everything ourselves so it does seem like we should have been asked, at least. I was not watching him when he packed up because I was still in shock about the counter damage and the prospect of now having to replace counter tops when we hadn't planned on it. I submitted a review to Horizon's website, but it never appeared there and I received no response.

They're pretty good in taking care of the problem.
