When the plumber came and did the work, he didn't bother to wear a mask. Either inside or outside. Had to stay away from work. Did not fulfill verbal agreement. Said things would be guaranteed as long as i live in the home. The warranty they gave me afterwards only guaranteed the part installed on the side of our home. labor and part lifetime warranty. The warranty i ended up with only guaranteed the cost of parts, not labor like we had discussed.

In order to have some work done on my house, I need to move the line that goes from the compressor to the attic unit. It would involve draining the system, disconnect the line, move it up 18 inches, reconnect the line, and re-fill the system. I know this will be expensive and I'm prepared to pay. They said they "don't do that kind of work." But they're more than happy to replace the compressor and run the new line wherever I need it.

I am ecstatic and appreciative of the value and service received from Horizon Services! The system and installation provided was best in class. The products, warranty and service Horizon provided was superior to the other 3 estimates I received from this site. The entire Horizon team I worked with were professionals and true artisans... Not good! Guys asked for $1750 and that was the second cheaper option for an above ground sump pump. Beware Single Ladies, these guys prey on you not knowing the cost of things. When i told him "No way" he wanted to take 20% off. They charged me $900 to replace my sump pump in the summer and this job should have been the same price or cheaper!!! These guys are thieves and get commissioned!!!!

It went very well. They were prompt, gave us a good price and we never had any problems with the heater since then.

Our toilet began to slowly leak water under the vinyl flooring. I had scheduled a local company to replace it, but thirty minutes before the scheduled appointment window they cancelled because they didn't realize our home was a manufactured home (they do not do work for mobile homes apparently). I happened to find the website for Horizon Services and started a chat with a representative who helped patched me through to customer service. The customer service rep was able to verify that their company was able to do plumbing repairs for mobile homes and the scheduling rep was able to get technicians out to my home on the same day. The technicians were great; very kind and personable. They replaced the toilet and went the extra mile to improve water pressure to the toilet. They even gave me a quote for a sink repair that I was planning on having done in the future. Thank you to Horizon Services! You really got me out of a bind!

FRAUD! Stay away. They only wanted to do the work if I also bought from them a new hot water heater, and had it installed from them as well. I told them that it was less than 2 months old. They did not care, had no explanation for why I must replace my brand new hot water heater.

BEWARE OF HORIZON'S ZERO INTEREST PAYMENT PLANS!!! My Horizon salesman who offered the zero interest payment plan did not inform me and was not aware of the following critical facts: 1. If you sign up for automatic debits from your checking account, Synchrony Bank will only withdraw the minimum payment each month not the amount you need to pay to zero the loan at the conclusion of the no interest term 2. At the end of the zero interest plan, Synchrony will then charge you 26.99% interest retroactive to day one of the purchase. In my case, that was an interest charge of $8,370.35 and most of the eighteen $524 payments made were allocated to interest. Total payments to Synchrony after paying off the zero interest note at the end of this month will be $30,650.86 for a zero interest plan for a $20,900 purchase. Ouch. Thanks a lot Horizon Services. 3. After finally getting in touch with the Horizon Services customer service rep, I was told that I should have known better. I own a company that offers zero interest promotions to our customers. The bank that I deal with does automatic withdrawals equal to the amount needed to zero the note at the end of the plan unless the customer takes action to only pay the minimum payment. We make it very clear to our customers the consequences of violating the terms of the plan. I have never in my 66yrs paid 26.99% interest for any purchase. Had Horizon informed me of the practices of Synchrony Bank, I would have made certain that the payments were set properly and avoided paying almost $10,000 more for my HVAC system. My company is an ethical company. In my opinion, Horizon Services is not. My salespeople are properly trained. In my opinion, Horizon Services does not properly train their salesman. In my opinion, if you are searching for HVAC services, you should look for another company.

Jeremy was very helpful and knowledgeable, and took the time to provide an assessment and quotes for replacing our flued, tank storage, natural gas water heater. Everything was great -- except the prices: All three quotes provided were at least twice the cost of similar quotes we got from other providers (water heater and expansion tank, plus accessories). Part of the problem was that the quotes were not detailed/itemized to spell out the labor costs (quotes ranged from $2956-3943).

IT WENT WELL WITH ALL INSTALLATIONS AND WHENEVER I'VE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE HEATING (ONLY 2 TIMES) SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE AND THEY WERE ALWAYS PROMPT BASED ON THE ARRIVAL TIME. I CONTINUE TO USE HORIZON'S SERVICE ALTHOUGH I'M TOLD BY OTHERS THEY ARE EXTREMELY HIGH. IF I DID NOT KNOW ANY BETTER I WOULD THINK THEY WERE PAYING FOR MY SERVICES - SMILE!

All services that I've had on this and in the past have been very professional, clean, and prompt. Everyone has been very friendly and professional.

Worked Had them repair another toilet since and put in new valve.

Excellent. They were very professional and explained everything to me that was being done. Price was very reasonable. Would not hesitate to call them again if need be.

Tech arrived on time and performed the needed service. He quickly identified the problem and replaced the needed part and also checked the rest of the system. All this for fast service and a fair price. I would absolutely hire again.

Well they charged me an initial l $85 dispatch fee that was added on to the price of my service ,and then when the technician came to the house he checked everything and told me that it took three PSI of freon and it did start blowing a little colder but was never truly determined whether or not there was a leak as I do not believe he could see any visible signs of a leak. I think the technician did a great job,but I just think at Horizon is way too expensive and I can tell you a true personal experience as I referred my mother to use Horizon after I used them and they totally botched her job and the guy told her she needed a part and they said they ordered it and after two weeks of my mother sitting in the Heat and calling them up they never really did order the part and my mother had to call a different contractor and the guy came out and found the problem and it was not what the Horizon technician said so I will never use Horizon again! I guess it is hit or miss but for the most part I don't trust them anymore when it comes to their office and like I said they are very very expensive and I think they pushed their technicians to try to sell you a new HV AC unit rather than just repair your HV AC unit. They were trying to charge my mother $2,500 and when she called the other contractor that actually found out what was really wrong with her system it only cost her $900 and I really hope Horizon gives my mother back the money that she wasted on their service call when it is they did not do anything at all to earn that money!

Excellent. Service was great and everything was explained.

Dave showed up on time, introduced himself, asked us what problem we were having and where it was. He then covered his shoes and went to to work in the bathroom. He worked quite diligently and was able to unclog the drain. Dave was everything I would want in someone working in my home. He was outgoing, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and he did the job in a timely manner.

The techs from Horizon arrived as scheduled & completed all their work in one day. The techs were professional & their work was neat. They also cleaned up after the job was done.

It went very well. They kept things clean and worked straight through until job was complete.

Outstanding! Steve Quigley was awesome: friendly, thorough, efficient and fast. Couldn’t have asked for better. I would highly recommend both Steve and Horizon.

Quickly and competently... although a scheduling issue... originally scheduled first available app’t in August.. upgraded by Horizon to Sunday 6/23... upgraded again to Saturday 6/22... but Tech didn’t show up at appointed time... I called, and was told schedule still showed Sunday... but Horizon was able to dispatch a Tech within the hour on 6/22... I will continue to use Horizon in the future..

Horizon did a great job replacing our home's HVAC. Our AC condenser had just broke (the whole system was 25+ years old) and Horizon was able to schedule the work to be done the very next day. Thane and his crew were great; they worked tirelessly from morning until evening and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed and functioning properly. This is our second whole-house HVAC replacement using Verizon (after moving homes) and we highly recommend them and would use them again.
