Description of Work: Horizon came to service my heater because a valve got gummed up with sediment - probably because of not having electricity during the ice storm. There was no charge for the service because I have a ten year warranty on my heater. They are expensive, but they have always been top notch and reliable. I have used them for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. I paid a higher price, but I have always been 100% satisfied with their work. They are everything they advertise on T.V. - prompt, clean, dependable.

Description of Work: We discovered a wet spot on our ceiling. Horizon responded withing time frame given by scheduler. It turns out one of our upstairs toilets was leaking. Horizon offered 2 options - rebuild the toilet or replace it. Since it was 25 years old, we replaced it. They had the toilet on the truck and completed work the same day. They are a little expensive, but they are neat and professional. We used them for our furnace replacement a few years ago and also for an emergency sump pump replacement during the last hurricane. Their service is always good.

Description of Work: The basic yearly A/C warranty check (I have a contract - $180 @year for heater-A/C-plumbing annual check plus priority service calls and discounted parts and repair. It's worth it.) The technician, George, was excellent; very patient and thorough.
