Description of Work: I was a little concerned about the attitude of the provider when he arrived. He had several questions about where things were in the house which was surprising to me considering I showed him where the sewer line was. After he got situated he did the job quickly and in a friendly manner. He told us that he would offer us the $99 coupon even if we did not have one since we had been a customer in the past. I have had no problems with the sewer since he cleared it. This company has always done the job correctly and in a friendly manner.

Description of Work: My hot water heater died. ... horizone heater cost $1600..... two other places charged $1000....... Didn't have the money.... finance plan was actually a Visa credit card I had to apply for. Didn't get approved. Oh, and their commercials talk about being on time..... but they have a 4 hour window.

Description of Work: Horizon did a great job repairing our sewer line. When we needed to install a central air system, we were hoping to work with them again. The representative was extremely professional and prompt, but the quote ranged from $16,000 to $19,000, which was almost double what local providers were quoting us for the same service.

Description of Work: We found a leak in the guest bathroom shower and thought the worse. The master plumber from Horizon came and systematically tested the system and found the fix to be simple and affordable. The whole process was fast and he cleaned up after himself which I appreciated.
