Description of Work: Recharged central air system. They got my ac up and running but did not identify how much refrigerant was added. I feel they overcharge for this service. This price did not include searching for or correcting the source of the leak.

Description of Work: Annual maintenance on air conditioner-there no initial charge as I have a service agreement with Horizon for heating and air conditioning. Technician also pulled out the motor assembly and cleaned the blower wheel and vacuumed out all inside the chamber. Ed was very pleasant and informative about what he was doing, cleaned up after himself, the $196.00 was for the cleaning. I was satisfied with the experience.

Description of Work: Charged me $280 for a $65 thermostat because they said I needed it for them to complete their diagnostic work. I complained and got a partial refund, but they then quoted me for a new HVAC system that was 3 to 4 times the amount I got from other contractors. Total scam. Do not use unless you want to throw your money away.

Description of Work: Replaced stovepipe running from propane furnace to fireplace. Services Propane furnace. Could not have been a better experience, from my initial call to request service until the tech left. Everyone was super polite, worked quickly, and did an expert job. I could not believe that how quickly they got a tech out to my house and how quickly he got the job done, while still doing a great job!

Description of Work: Service technician performed annual service/maintenance on the HVAC system and thermostat they installed 3 years ago. Arrived right on time, wore bootie shoe covers as promised in commercials, professional, answered my questions, worked efficiently. Will definitely use them again. | |Also, my call for service was answered immediately by a real and friendly person who connected me with a scheduler. There was no wait and no menu of buttons to go through.

Description of Work: We had two bradford white 50 gal tanks installed. |We went in thinking they would be high bid but they were not. There may be cheaper tanks but we wanted Bradford White and they were low bid. |Both Lower price and longer warranty than other bids. |Very professional, but friendly, went right to work and finished job as expected, explained everything afterward relative to controls etc. We were happily surprised and would use them again. |
