GREEN RIDGE LANDSCAPING

Green Ridge Landscaping FALSELY ADVERTISES they are an EP Henry Certified Installer on their website, print advertisements and company truck. According to EP Henry, Green Ridge Landscaping, Inc. is NOT AN AUTHORIZED INSTALLER. Therefore, we are NOT eligible for the 3-year EP Henry warranty. Hardscaping project completion took 4 times as long as quoted because of mismanagement, neglect and failure of Project Manager to supervise workmen and project. Anytime we questioned the progress and work, Project Manager’s demeanor was unreceptive and intimidating and he pulled the men off the job as punishment. We were frankly afraid Green Ridge Landscaping, Inc. and their Project Manager would just simply abandon the project. On the last day of the project, the Project Manager was on the job for only 20 minutes. This was the longest time he was ever on our project and the sole purpose of the visit was to complain and re-measure, INTIMIDATE and DEMAND more money from us under threat of having his workmen “RIP EVERYTHING OUT.” EP Henry products and workmanship were good, however, Green Ridge Landscaping, Inc. did not properly regrade yard and did not complete work to specifications. We definitely not recommend this company for any services.

Matt Wattworth landscaping is now working with Green Ridge Landscaping. The quality of the work was fine but they didn't finish the job and we tried to reach out to get them to come back and finish but they literally wouldn't take our phone calls. It was a really negative experience. Our sense is that they had underestimated the cost of the job and were just not willing to put anymore time and effort into it but the fact that they would not even return phone calls was very unprofessional.

ON SHORT NOTICE, COMPANY SCHEDULED AND COMPLETED TWO LEAF REMOVAL SESSIONS. DONE AT APPROPRIATE INTERVALS. REMOVED LEAVES OFFSITE WITH OWN EQUIPMENT. REASONABLY PRICED AND PROFESSIONAL.
