Belanger Construction LLC

I have used Belanger Construction multiple times since 2005. In 2005 I had half a two-car garage converted to a Family Room, Laundry Room and small 1/2 Bathroom. The work was excellent, clean and performed in a timely fashion. I felt the price was consistent with other estimates that I had received, but I chose Belanger because Dave Belanger brought great ideas to the project and just seemed to be willing to do that little bit extra. For example he wired my family room for surround sound (even though I hadn't thought about it), but the walls were open and he threw this in for free. In 2009 I wanted to add a Sunroom where my current 12x14 deck was located and move the deck next to the "new" sunroom addition. I contacted Belanger Construction and Dave performed the following (I think this list is complete): building permits, framing, heating, electrical, insulation, dry wall and spackle, installed a French Door, hardwood floors, six windows (3x5), two fixed glass windows (2x8 one on either side of the patio door), a sliding patio door, and a 12x14 deck. Everything met or exceeded code. Dave always shows up, he comes ready to work, communicates with you, and is unbelievably clean. He brings ideas to the table and discusses ways that you might be able to save money. Dave's prices are not the cheapest, but he's not the most expensive either. I choose Belanger Construction because I know the job will be done right and right on time. I really can't say anything negative about him personally or professionally. In addition to big remodels, Dave has also done smaller jobs for me: recessed lighting, installed a skylight, and installed shelves and added a staircase to an inaccessible crawl space/storage area. I always recommend Dave to anyone building a new home, a remodel or addition. I've just contracted with Belanger Construction to work on a Bathroom remodel. I'll write another report once the job is complete.
