+ -1 moreTerrible. Had to wait 3 weeks for them to come out to fix my 91 year old mother’s toilet. When they finally came out and charged her $90! now the toilet is worse and she has to remove the back to pull the chain to flush the toilet. I tried for two weeks to get them to answer the phone and when we finally got through to them they said they cannot come back out until December, and this was October. Terrible Service, customer service, and non-responsiveness.

+ -1 moreThey showed up as scheduled, did a great job, were very considerate and accommodating. Everything was as good or better than promised. Can’t say enough about Lou’s expertise and professionalism. Wish all contractors were this good!
