+ -1 moreDan replaced a door frame that was broken. When the work was finished the door no longer locked with the dead bolt. When I asked about it he said that he didn't know why it wouldn't lock and was not sure how to fix it. None of the screws were counter sunk so that you wouldn't see them. The finished project just did not look professional.The supplies used were also cheap materials.

+ 1 moreI first called him to ask if he would be able to come and look at the apts. and he was very nice on the phone. He came out the very next day did a walk around and gave me an estimate. He started the work the very next day and was on time and worked through the day. He had 1 other guy helping him. They both listened to what i had to say and my concerns. They had the job done in 2 days for the plumbing, landscaping, and electrical work.
Description of Work: Inspected and repaired rental properties. He tore out old mildewed drywall and replaced it all. Repainted it all and repaired so plumbing in the bathroom sink. He has replaced receptacles and installed new light fixtures. He has done some landscaping outside the apartments on the grounds. overall a very professional nice man to work with. I wil use him in the future for all services needed.
