DeGol carpet came to my house to do a measurement and provide us with a quote to get new carpet throughout the house. After completion of the measurement, we were told within a week we would get a phone call with a verbal quote and if requested they would send us a hard copy of the quote. We NEVER received that phone call. We NEVER received a hard copy of the quote. We have gotten NOTHING from DeGol since they came to the house. After a month or more had passed we gave up on them and went to Home Depot. Got much better carpet for a better price. The time it took for Home Depot to measure our house and provide us with a quote took a week. Once the carpet was ordered, it took a week to come in, but the day it did, we got a phone call to set up the first day of installation. Home Depot did in 2 weeks what DeGol could not do in over a month. Horrible service will never, never, never go there again.
