Description of Work: Basement floor. No written scope of work to be performed until asked for it, then it was vague. Would've stopped with this contractor altogether but time off work and time, in general, was limited? Products and methods to use changed during project yet still didn't accomplish requested outcome. Poor communication on work and schedule. Not respectful of client's needs or personal time/schedule. Preparing a claim to file with the Attorney General. Will need to hire another contractor to correct the poor work performed.

+ -1 moreFound them at the Builder's Show at the Farm Show Arena. They called about 2 weeks later as promised, came to the house and took measurements and discussed what we were looking to do. They e-mailed the estimate the next day. We discussed the details via phone, made a minor change and scheduled the work to be done in about 2 weeks predicated on weather cooperation. They showed up on time and took about 3 days to complete the work. The results were very good. They were neat and careful while they worked and cleaned everything up when they were done. We were very pleased with the entire process.
Description of Work: They cleaned the old surface with a grinder, treated the old cement with a bonding agent, applied 2 coats of new cement, sprayed all surfaces with a tinted finish cement, sprayed again with a different color cement to add color flecks and applied 2 coats of sealer.
