+ -1 moreTheir inspector Ray who missed so much blatent stuff has now costs us many many thousands of dollars to fix. When I called the owner about the sewer pipe coming out the back outside wall that was not in the report he blew me off. That one thing had they told us could have saved us so much money and headache. Please don't use these folks there is no accountability. Do research before you pick and rely on an inspector to inspect your prospective home.
