Kohlhepp Custom Counter Tops

Someone came from Kohlhepps and created a custom template of our slightly unusual counter top area. A little over 2 weeks later a great team of 4 arrived (almost exactly at their predicted time) and installed my beautiful Cambria quartz counter top. The team leader spent time explaining the care of the counter top and told me of things which I did not have to do because of their relationship with Cambria. I am well pleased with this product and our dealings with Kohlhepps. We were in to the show room several times and each time they helped me explore different looks and styles for the counter top and the sink back splash/feature wall. Although Kohlhepps installed the counter top and was the source of the tile for the back splash, that was installed by our great contractor Ralph Delarme.

At Kohlhepp's we chose our granite from many, many slabs. After choosing the exact pattern that we wanted, they measured and used our counters as templates on the granite slabs. We had the option of choosing where to place the templates and we loved putting our favorite portion of the pattern where it would be most visible. Their warranty is terrific and we could not have had a better experience doing business with them.

I would recommend them. They did a great job. I'm really happy with them. They quickly responded to my issue and quickly came and fixed it right away. It was really nice working with the guy from the shop. They were really helpful. Everybody from top to bottom was thorough and nice. They were very organized as far as getting the scheduling taken care of right away. They were in and out basically. It took them couple of week. They were flexible in getting out someone to translate. They were very nice. They were very receptive to questions and things like that. They made sure that we understood everything. We don't have any complains with them. They did a wonderful job with everything. If we had concerns or issues with anything, they took care of that right away. Their price was fair. Overall I'm very happy with the price, workmanship, and quality of the work. From top to bottom, the whole company was very professional, organized, and courteous for me and my family.

They replaced my kitchen counter top with the granite. We shopped around a lot and considered solid surface counter tops materials, as well. Kohlhepp actually offered us with a decent quality granite at a even lower price than most of the good looking solid surface materials. I guess that the reason of the affordable cost can be because the granite we chose is locally available one. They were very professional. The survey of the counter top area was fully automatic and the result was exact. They were very professional and gave us a very good recommendation on the preparation, as well. (I did the demolition work of the existing counter top myself.Installation was very smooth and the seam was perfectly finished. I was very content with the price and their work. At that time, they also offered a sink which is very decent in quality.

As we have not a very conventional kitchen counter top, they haven't had any problem with measuring, manufacturing and installing the counter top. We were most worried about the seams but it is really not noticeable and had only two seams instead of more numbers of seams we expected. The guys came to our home for the installation was very very very professional and so kindly. I really enjoyed having them to do our counter top. I also need to mention the price which was very reasonable. We originally thought about solid-surface counter top but found out that some granites are cheaper. If you can stay away from those granites which are very very popular, you can find a very affordable and at the same time, high quality granite. Kohlhepp carried good numbers of choices that can fit in our budget. It was also worked very nicely for us.
