It went great. Their work and customer service were excellent: * I emailed them via Angie's List on a Friday. I got a response within an hour, and they came to look over the property the following day (a Saturday!) to accommodate my schedule. * They got me into their busy schedule 5 days later. * When they were in the midst of the job, they called me to ask about some specific details and to be sure they were doing the job as expected. * The work was well done.

For me, it went well. For Jesse Moyer and his helper, it did not go well. It all started with Jesse Moyer coming to our property and providing an estimate for the removal of leaves. He was very polite and friendly, but most importantly, his bid was the lowest we received (by far). Based on his friendliness and bid, we hired him. Despite the fact that the job was for the removal of leaves, Jesse Moyer asked to do the job on the same day it rained all morning. Despite this unfavorable condition, he and his helper Larry worked diligently to complete the leaf removal. Unfortunately he was unable to finish the same day he started, so he had Larry come back the next day to finish the job. The job quality was great, especially since we all knew the job took much longer than anticipated and the bid was too low. Despite this, Jesse Moyer and Larry worked hard and finished the job with a great attitude. We HIGHLY recommend using Jesse Moyer and J&R Superior Landscape Solutions LLC!

Ryan and his crew were great! We initially called to inquiry about price of spring yard clean up, cutting in beds and mulching. Ryan responded to our call the same day and was able to come out that evening to walk through the job. We had an estimate within 24 hours and felt the price was fair for the size of our property and the amount of work needed. We gave him a timeline of when we needed the work done and he was able to meet that need with plenty of time to spare. He called the day before his crew was to arrive to let us know he was coming. When his crew arrived they were polite and professional. I was happy to see that Ryan's crew were local young college guys. They provided a high level of service with quality workmanship. We had no language barriers. The job was top notch. We were very pleased with the final result of the project. The beds look great and the trees were nicely trimmed. We would definitely use Ryan and his crew again and would highly recommend them for quality service at a fair price.

These are two young guys that just started out last year and now they have 8 guys working for them and they are just great. They are very efficient and they are friendly and they come out and do exactly what they say they are going to do. Before we had our siding done, I asked that the trees and the bushes around the house to be trimmed, and they said “no problem” they would take care of it for me at no extra cost. They will give you a schedule and they will be there when they say they will be. You can call them and they will answer the phone or you can email them and they will get back to you. I will continue to use their services in the future.
