+ -1 moreMr. Stuart and his helper arrived at the scheduled time and with all the equipment in their trucks. They raised a very tall step ladder and removed the old non-working fan. They un-boxed the new fan and new drop pipe. They had to struggle with the existing ceiling box which had been installed in 1984. After the fan was installed we determoined that the old fan speed switch would not operate the new fan. Mr Stuart provided two new switches to correctly operate the new fan/light system and mades sure everything met the electric code. Although the job took about half an hour more than Mr Stuart had quoted me and he needed to furnish and install two switches that were not in the original quote he did not change his quoted price. Even with some problems Mr Stuart and his helper were friendly, polite and professional. I would certainly call him back again.
Description of Work: Mr. Stuart removed an existing ceiling fan from a cathederal ceiling (16 feet above the floor) amd installed a new fan which I supplied.
