They were excellent in every respect. They were on time and were clean. They were courteous and polite. There was one call back and they came back immediately. They made a necessary adjustment. There was no additional charge. It was altogether a fine experience. I was very glad I used their services. Their price was very fair. I compared everything that they did and it was what it would cost me to do it and they were much cheaper than I could do it for myself.

He replied promptly to my initial phone call. Showed me what he would do and how. I chose the cellar door I wanted, he purchased it, delivered it and removed and cleaned up the old one. He rebuilt the base and sealed every thing. The appearance and function of the door is better than I expected

He promised to be on site supervising and he started another job and left his crew. He guaranteed he would be on site since he was replacing a new roof that I just had installed by another contractor . I explained to him that the previous contractor was not on site and the roof was installed wrong and quite a bit of damage to my property....he assured me he would be on site and on the roof constantly supervising well as soon as he got he guys started he left and started another job and gave me numerous excuses why he was not there even down to a bear attacking his horses. Thank goodness he had a good crew and they did a great job. HE SHOULD PAY THOSE GUYS MORE! HE WAS ALSO SOMEWHAT CONFRONTATIONAL WHEN I ASKED HIM QUESTIONS.......... !

At the first heavy rain after completion I had a leak at a skylight. Mr. Morrison returned to the job in the morning after my call. He corrected the problem. I have had no problems since then. The job was completed within the established time limits and well within a reasonable cost. The workers were polite, considerate and cleaned up after each work day.

Due to rain delay project started few days late but was ahead of schedule through construction Very professional, kept me informed the entire time of any work being done,Randy was on site every day and personally provided work on the projects, Darren, Dave and Cody were always on time and even worked some Saturdays to complete project. Worked well with me if I didn't like something and changed it, Kept area cleaned up each day. Did absolute beautiful job on our old homestead Randy always answered my calls promptly and consulted with me along the way as to my satisfaction. Employees excellent workers always here at 7 am each morning. High quality material used and did a fabulous job. will most surely use this company again. Very Very happy with the workmanship and company.

I HAVE WORKED WITH RANDY MORRISON AND HIS CREW ON VARIOUS PROJECTS BOTH INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR FOR OVER 10 YEARS. RANDY ALSO BUILT ON A HUGE ADDITON (MOTHER IN LAW APARTMENT) WITH FULL BASEMENT.VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. ATTENTATIVE AND ACCESSABLE AT ALL TIMES.

Darrel, Dave and Cody worked well together. The final product looks good. When I met with Mr. Morrison I explained the situation of the past year with the incorrect install from the previous installer and the leaking roof. He assured me that he does not leave one job and start another one. He also assured me that he would be there and would continue to supervise his crew. I was disappointed when he left my job and started another job. Separating his crew between the two jobs. In all fairness he did have to work around a lot of rain However he nor his crew would work on Saturdays and this turned out to be the nice days in between the rain. He also removed the dump truck for the other job and his crew had to place tarps on the ground to hold the removed shingles and this left dead bare spots in my grass. He did provide me with references from his last jobs and those individuals gave him high marks. I believe his crew did a great job and I think Mr. Morrison over sold jobs and this created the above situation.

Very well from start to finish

He is not very reliable.

The quality of the work was excellent and the crew was punctual. Top grade materials were used. Randy Morrison works with his men and oversees the work at all times. He was very attentive to my concerns and complied with all my wishes. I heard no foul language from the crew. My neighbor contracted him for his roof after observing the good job he did on mine. I highly recommend him.

I was very pleased. Liked him so much, I hired him to do another project the following week.

Randy was great. He called when he said he would and showed up when he said he would. He was kind and gave me full attention for a little job. He was able to finish a couple days earlier than was originally planned. He even came back out to double check the work and answer some questions that I had. It was nice to see true customer service and professionalism especially when he could have considered my problem petty. I really needed to get the sewer gas out of my attic quick and he did the best he could and quickly. I would recommend him and will be sure to call him for further roofing needs.

During this job we encountered several problems caused by insect damage and wet wood decay. Mr. Morrison was a true professional throughout these problems. He came up with sensible solutions. The solutions were not any more expensive than I would have expected and provided me with a very good finished job. There were several rain days and nights. Mr Morrison provided huge tarps which completely covered the work area. I did not get any rain into my house. At the completion of he project his crew cleaned my driveway and the lawn. The house is much better now than it was before he arrived.

Excellent crew. On time every day, no waiting around to see if they'll show-up. On the job everyday at 8 a.m. and when they left, the area was spotless. Randy kept us informed at every step of the way. NO SURPRISES what so ever!!!!!!
