Al has serviced many of the appliances in my house, even though they were not originally purchased from him. He has always done a great job and gives very honest advice. He will try to fix, and is successful most of the time , so we don't have to purchase new appliances.

7 year old Dishwasher was throwing an error code and wouldn't run through a cycle. Repairman said he wasn't sure what the cause was, so he said we should consider purchasing a new dishwasher. He didn't even attempt to replace any parts that he said could possibly be malfunctioning.

I called Al yesterday, 10-3-2013, (first time ever using him) and let him know what my fridge was doing. My Maytag fridge wasn't cooling but the freezer part was fine. We made an appointment for this morning, 10-4-2013, at 10 AM, he showed up at 9:55. He came in and immediately took his shoes off and proceeded to analyze my fridge. He found out that the coils had frozen up, which are in the freezer compartment, and then defrosted them. He reset the computer, cleaned all the parts he had taken off and put it all back together. He leveled the fridge perfectly and cleaned up after himself. All of this took about an hour and the bill was $58.30, I was expecting at least $100.00! He told me that with the "brown outs" we have had messes with the computer and doesn't let the defroster work properly. He took down all of the information for the computer in case the "brown outs" permanently damaged it. Al told me to watch it for the next 2-3 weeks and if it starts to act up again he will order a computer and come replace it. Al is a very respectful and an easy man to talk to. I would definitely recommend him to anybody that needs appliance repairs!

Service from Al Quashnock is always excellent and very reasonable. If an appliance can be saved, Al will do it, and will tell you that you don't need to buy a new one. He replaced parts on the drum of my washing machine and did some maintenance on my dishwasher so that it is no longer making loud noises. He has repaired all of the major appliances in my house and I highly recommend his work. Many people in my neighborhood rely on him for appliance repair. He responds to you quickly and doesn't try to sell you things that you don't need. Very Honest!

Arrived when they said they would. Did the scheduled work and when new appliances arrived they delivered, set them up and took old appliance away. Very professional and pleasant to deal with.
