After trying to do everything possible to salvage our ancient system, the owner, along with one of his technicians gave us a detailed explanation of why the current system was failing and a comprehensive move-forward plan for a new system. Within days, they had ripped out the old piece of junk, and installed a brand new system, while providing detailed updates every step of the way. We got our heat back and our peace of mind! From customer service, to response time, to quality of work, Perfect Degree went above and beyond! They will always be my first call for all things HVAC. Thank you PD!
