Description of Work: Paul came but refused to do the job. He didn't realize that the wax ring was included in the service coupon. Seemed to make up an excuse about the water pressure being to high and said he would not fix the toilet unless he reduced the pressure. So he left without fixing the problem. I really think he felt that he would lose money if he had to replace the wax ring.

Description of Work: My water heater failed on Sunday of Halloween weekend & home Eagles game. Paul answered on the second ring, showed up one hour later diagnosing the problem as bad elements. The water heater was 15yo. He quoted are replacement, which I accepted and he installed 3 hours later.
