.Paul Shoenberger Plumbing & Heating. They solved the problem right, we didn't realize that we had an electrical problem and not the heater. They came right away, the were prompt and efficient.

Excellent price quote. Apon demolition structural and aberrant plumbing problems found. Redress of problems found added extra time and significant extra cost, but understandable. The bathroom is beautiful, still waiting completion of wall and ceiling repair. Took an extra two weeks all told.

Paul did an excellent job. He inspected my plumbing, installed a faucet and changed out my water heater which was under warranty.

Work was excellent, finished on time and within his original estimate.

Paul came on an emergency call, when most plumbers in my area were non-responsive. He came when he said which was within a few hours of my call. He diagnosed my problem quickly, which was a blown intake hose to a toilet, and replaced it. He did not take the opportunity to exaggerate the work or the problem. He tidied up after his work and was totally professional.

Paul provided a high estimate for work on my heater and even recommended I replace an expansion tank as the source of the problem. I got a second opinion and not only received a less expensive estimate but also that the expansion tank (although old) was not the issue and I just needed a replacement valve. I went with the other plumber and have had no problems since. I gave the certificate to my sister who contacted Paul to snake her drain and again received a very high estimate ($200), other estimates are around $80-$100. She had been unable to get him to her property and he then referred her to another plumber.

He came promptly, was courteous, polite, and on time. He did not have the type of valve we needed, though, so all he would could have done would be to put in a new toilet for $350. I decided not to use him.

Paul was very responsive and performed all services as advertised in the Big Deal ($39 for a toilet tune-up and plumbing inspection). He replaced the necessary parts in a toilet with a leaking valve and inspected the house for plumbing issues. He found two small leaks; one in a basement sink that we knew about and a small seal failure on a pipe under the kitchen sink. We were very pleased with the service and thoroughness of the inspection and intend to hire Paul to repair the leaks.

I was quite disappointed by the very high quote, for unnecessary plumbing work. The $50 Angie's list deal to get a minor leak fixed was a total waste due to the fact that the plumber did not fix the leak, and then he left the toilet disconnected. The high quote was almost insulting.

Excellent, Used Big deal special to get a good price, his price for cleaning the drain was excellant, but quoted a very high price for a new toilet, so I passed on that service thus the B on price.

Everything now works the way it was designed and is now within code. I am very pleased with the qualitry of the work performed.

From beginning to end, Paul is the best plumber around! Extremely responsive and professional!

The job was done very fast and is working out well. We got a new valve installed along with a new faucet installed. They were in and out in 45 minutes. Plus the price was great!

What I thought would be a major problem and expense, turned out to have a very fixable solution. Paul advised how to use the expansion tank and how often it should be replaced. I also had some other plumbing issues, which I asked him to look at while he was there. He did, even fixed a simple one at no charge and told me he would call with a quote. Within two days, he supplied options for me to review.

I purchased the Big Deal on Wednesday. Later that day Paul called to ask about my problem. I explained that I needed the kitchen faucet replaced and that I would buy one for him to put in. I also said I had wanted him to check my shower head because it had leaked in the past and I just wanted to be sure it wasn't still leaking. He said he would contact me Friday and about coming Saturday. I called him Friday afternoon to remind him and he said he had 2 other calls in the morning but that he would come to my house after that. He got to my house on Saturday morning earlier then I expected, this is a good thing! I had the feeling that he wasn't feeling well. He was to be coughing a bit. I showed him the sink and the new faucet and he started to unhook the old and replace with the new. Soon he called me in and said that the lines were too short and he would have to go buy extensions. It would cost an extra $115 in addition to the $49 Big Deal. There wasn't much else for me to do but say ok, do what you need to do. He wasn't gone too long and he came back with the parts and finished installing the faucet. He did not get around to checking the shower, I didn't want to spend any more. I thought the faucet was working well but have realized that it must not have been put in correctly. The part inside the faucet (where you can pull head of the faucet off and use it as a sprayer) comes out all the time and I have to push it back up into the faucet. I am going to call and have them come check this out. I will review my comments after I speak to them.

Paul was very responsive, professional, and reasonable. He was able to give me some suggestions for when I change tenants. I would recommend Paul to anyone. I have used other plumbers in the past and no one can match up to Paul. I was also glad that I joined Angie's List. I would not have found Paul without Angie's list and the reviews.

He answered my call promptly, he showed up when he said he would, he was very friendly, and his price was reasonable. I would absolutely use him again in the future and would recommend him to others.

The first time he came over to check out the project, he stepped right in our tub with his shoes on: no towel or carboard or anything, which I was not too happy about. He did not measure the part, even after I'd asked, and said that they were all a standard size. It did not end up fitting and he had to cut it to make it fit. In addition, we always had to call him; he was not proactive at all even though he said he would be out in just a couple of days after the new part was in. Ultimately, the results were good, but the overall experience could have been better.

The job was amazing. Paul was quick to respond to all calls and messages. He was able to easily schedule time for the quote and came in at a really reasonable price in comparison to the other quotes we received. On the day of the work, he and his assistant completed both jobs in an effective manner. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, were communicative with my husband (who was home working on other projects), cleaned up everything when they were done and finished both projects in a day (other companies said the work would take two full days)! They even pointed out a leak issue with our sink but shared with my husband that he could probably fix it himself, since they understood he had the skill to do it. We cannot recommend Paul enough. We look forward to working with him on future projects, as we have a fixer-upper house that needs some work. So we'll be calling him for various other projects. We've recommend him to several of our friends.

It went well. They were very professional and cleaned up all the mess. My only complaint would be that the grass that they re-seeded our lawn with is a different color than the rest of our lawn so it looks really weird now.

The project has been completed in an outstanding manner and we are extremely pleased with our new facility. From the outset of the project Paul alerted us that the only delay would be the delivery of our bathroom vanity, which we purchased from a supplier not under his control. The vanity and top once delivered, he quickly installed all remaining components, which resulted in an outstanding and beautiful remodeled, modern bathroom. Our material and contents purchases totaled $4,200.00 (wall tile, floor tile, grout, trim wall tile, Foremost Berkshire 48 inch espresso bath vanity, Foremost Carrara White Natural Stone Vanity Top, Moen Widespread Bathroom Faucet from the 90 Degree Collection and valve assembly, and American Standard Cadet \toilet.) He and his staff set heavy paper taped to floors and stairs during demolition and removal of our original 1946 wall and floor tile, plaster and lath walls, original wood support floors, and demolition debris. They constantly cleaned the work and path areas nightly at the conclusion of each days work. He established a complete isolated clear plastic floor to ceiling room within our living room during the restoration, sanding, and painting of the new drywall ceiling in our living room. This controlled the dust during this construction phase of the contract. We were very pleased with his concern for our family in his storage of on site material and the vast array of equipment required to complete the various task. We will work on a complete kitchen remodel in the future with Paul.

Paul was very accessible and responsive. I sent him an e-mail via Angie's list which he responded to within one business day. When I followed up by phone to schedule the actual service call he took my call on his mobile phone while in a ditch on another, far more complicated job. He came on the date promised, but since I didn't hear from him with a time, I did have to text him to get a sense of when to expect him. He did reply to that text immediately and came at the promised time. He looked at it, and had to order the special part (which I expected, not the kind of item that you would have handy on a truck). He was polite, professional and very courteous. He was able to get the part and repair the stopper within a couple of days. When he returned, once again, I had to contact him to get a sense of when during the day to expect him. Once again, he replied to my outreach immediately with a specific time which he promptly met. He returned with an employee and the repair was done within minutes. Major observations: for a contractor who does some pretty big jobs, the fact that he took on something so small and handled it so well is a big plus for me. Since he seems to handle much of his business dealings personally, I consider the outreach to get specific appointment times minor, especially for such a small task. While he was here, I had him give me an estimate on a bigger job. I need to start thinking about water heater replacement. Paul gave me a very reasonable estimate for that work, and talked me out of two of my original ideas which would have cost me much more but netted him more money in the short-term. That kind of honesty and the more creative solution he came up with are worth a lot to me. I gave him that contract as well, so he will be doing a bigger job here in a couple of weeks. I am very happy.

Paul answered my first phone call and came out the same day during the dinner hour for an estimate which was given on the spot. The service was done within 48 hours with prompt arrival. Requirements of repair were explained as they were done. We were very pleased with the professionalism and service provided and would reccommend them to others.

I found them on Angie’s List. I spent $650 the last time I used them. They were really prompt and really responsive. I called them one morning and they came out within an hour to check the problem. They told me what the problem was and told me that they would come out the next day to replace my leaky water heater. They came out and did the work quickly. I work later in the afternoon. So, I did not have to be away from work. They were on time both days. They told me how much the work would cost and they stuck to it. I was exceptionally satisfied with them. I would use them again.

They were very reasonable and very fair.
