He was able to diagnose problem over the phone and responded to fix problem the same day.

Called Paul initially for a problem with a bathtub drain. He responded promptly, came and gave us an estimate and did the work quickly and within the estimate. While he was he was here we mentioned we were seeking bids for a complete bathrom remodelling project including removing two closets to expand the bathroom space. When he finished his initial work he handed us a bid for the major project. HIs bid was considerably less than others we had received but after discussing it with him we were satisfied that he had included all the work we wanted done. We signed a contract with him. The work was completed within the outer limlits of the time he had indicated in the contract and with no added cost except for some things we added to the project. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and professionlism of Paul and the subcontractors he used on the job. We will definitely use him again.

One call to Paul and he arranged to come the following day. Very responsive.

The jobs went smoothly and he was done in about an hour and a half.

In both instances, He was prompt and sensitive to our needs. He was careful to be neat and cleaned up after himself.

How did it go from start to finish - I didn't, they never called me back, even after we scheduled an appointment date.

I was very happy with him. He was very prompt in responding to my call. Said when he would be here, was here. He did what he said he was going to do. He cleaned up and everything was fine.

Paul did everything he said he would do. He was easy to work with and the job was completed to our satisfaction.

Once again, Paul saved our house from flooding. This time, he replaced the water inlet to our stubborn, old, and leaky toilet. We called him at 9 pm on Wednesday. He immediately returned our call and was at our house by 7:50 the next morning. He explained what was wrong and how to avoid the problem in the future. We are very pleased. Thank you, Paul.

I called Paul on Friday morning, he returned my call later that day however, I was out for the rest of the day. I returned his call on Saturday and told him of my problem. He said he could be out within the hour (and he was). He arrived promptly, with the right tools and equipment to do the job. It took him maybe a little over an hour as my old pipe was rusted on. Other estimates I received (just to replace the sink trap) ranged between $85 - $200+ for this work and they couldn't come out for a couple of days. Considering Paul had to do a little more than initially expected...I was happy with the price and thrilled that he could fix my drain that day. Paul was friendly, and professional and I would hire him again in a heart beat.

Paul was able to help us with two jobs that had been pending for a long time for us - he came by once to check out the work and stopped by as a promised the following Monday. All work was performed well and he was very nice/professional.

It was a higher bid than what I wanted to go with. They were professional during the process and since the work was clearly defined they were able to just give me a quote via email.

I had a slight leak from pipe supplying water to poder room toilet. I called Paul and he came later that day. Fixed the pipe and we went over other items that need to get done. He gave me a price and we will use him for those items. He was professional, puntual, polite and priced reasonable. What more could you ask?

At 9:00 on a Thursday night my husband noticed a pipe in the basement had water running along the outside of it. I immediately got on Angie's list and called a few plumbers that had good ratings, expecting to leave a message and speak to someone in the morning. Paul answered the phone and informed my that yes, he could be there at 7:30 the next morning. I was supposed to be at work at 8, but that was flexible to 9, so I figured he would have enough time to at least give me an estimate. (work is 10mins from my home) The doorbell rang at 7:29 the next morning, by 7:35 he had figured out the problem, and told me how much it would be to fix it and said he could do it and be done within about 20 minutes! He said he would be able to snake the pipe from the basement- avoiding having to take apart the disposal and taking extra time. Needless to say, I had him get to work, and left my home by 8:10 with a sink that drained easily and much peace of mind. I was so pleased what seemed like it could have been a major issue was solved within 12 hours with a reasonable price and a very easy going gentleman. I would certainly give him a call again for any plumbing issues!

He fixed a faucet that we had a problem with but he’s going to get back to us once we find exactly what we want. Everything was excellent and we trust him completely. He is a very warm and friendly person but he is also highly professional. He makes time in his schedule to come see you if it is important, he won’t put you off for a couple of days, he is very trustworthy, and he is completely honest in terms of what he charges. He tells you what it will cost in advance and he sticks to his pricing.

Everything went fine. The price was right and the he was prompt.

Paul was brought in by out home warranty company to fix leaking pipes on our small gas hot water furnace. The company had previously tried to send out a HVAC person. Paul returned my call promptly and came out to see the job. He came out the following day (Saturday) to do the work. He was very neat and efficient. He had to replace an water circulator pump in addition to the pipe valve and did so without even telling me until the end. We did not pay for the work as it was covered under our home warranty. Previous experiences with this warranty company were less than favorable. I would definitely hire Paul again for work.

He called me the same day. He came the next day. He gave me the estimate. Everything he said about what he was planning on doing was in line with what I thought. I did not go with him because of the price. He quoted me for $2200 and I thought that was a little bit high.

Paul was great! He encountered some missing parts with the sink hardware, told us what we needed, and then came back to finish the job without charging us extra. During his first visit, we got an unexpected phone call that caused us to leave the house before he was done. He cleaned up, left us a note about what we needed, and locked the door behind him. He was also okay with our dogs being present. We couldn't have asked for a more trustworthy or professional plumber.

On Sunday I realized that my toilet was plugged and my efforts to fix it did not work. I checked Angie's list and called Paul Shoenberger, it was sometime after 7:30pm. He answered right away and asked if I needed him to come out that night. I told him I was pretty sure all it needed was a snake run down the pipe and it is a relatively new toilet. I told him if he could get to my house early in the morning it (I) could wait. He said he would be at my house between 6-7am. He also told me it would be about $150. I also had told him I got his name from Angie's List. Paul was at my house by 6:30am, snaked the toilet and was out by 6:50am. He remembered that I had gotten his name on Angie's List and gave me a discount that amounted to a $20 savings! I would call him again and recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber.

Showed up on time as promised, did a great job, was clean, and finished about when he had predicted. Deck position for the gas outlet was about 25 feet from the house and the deck is just above the ground level so he had to pull up decking and thread the gas and electric line between the deck and the ground. after installation, replaced decking. Can't tell it was taken up.
