Nenad Luksa Contracting

Nenad did such a quality work within contracted cost and time. He is a very skilled and detailed contractor. He does everything himself from carpentry work, plumbing, electric, tiling etc without subcontractors. Before I hired him, I have checked with several of his work and everyone was satisfied with his work. Since the bathroom work, I have hired him for building the shed, installing new windows, fixing gutters and repairing porch. I even hired him for fixing my leather otter man chair which required welding the frame ( yes, he even does the welding). He is from Europe and his English is not perfect, but his skills are old European craftsmanship.

Nenad is an extremely reliable, punctual, and neat contractor. He is detail oriented and wants to do the most he can to meet (and even surpass) expectations. Our bathroom and kitchen were in terrible conditions--leaking, small, outdated-- and now they are terrific. Whenever we went to Home Depot to buy materials, he went with us patiently to give us recommendations on prices and design. Perhaps most importantly, he does not charge the sky high prices like the majority of contractors do. Everything is very reasonable, and he does a spectacular job at it: electrical, plumbing, flooring, woodwork, anything you can name. We didn't have to hire any other contractor to complete his work. Nenad is a very pleasant and friendly person to work with- he is trustworthy, too, and I can guarantee to anyone that as a customer you will be more than happy to have him in your house (he appreciates a good cup of coffee too! :) ) He did an outstanding job anytime he came to help, and every dollar we spent were the best spent dollars ever.
