After inflated quote after quote to have a small section of our porch vinyl sided, we were blessed to find Mr. Mike's Handyman Services. He was more than reasonable in his pricing and dedicated to seeing the job done and done right. Mike treated my house like it was his own, and the work that he did was beyond incredible. The porch literally looks like it is out of Better Homes and Garden now!!! I am not the type of person to write reviews but when someone deserves the highest of accolades, I will take every opportunity to give them. Mike was by far, hands down, the very best person for the job. He sided the porch, cut out the old wood, capped the borders, columns, put up the vinyl railing, dressed it out and afterwards, I can honestly say the neighbors and passers-by head turn to see how awesome our porch looks. He is beyond thorough, told me each day what he would tackle for the projects daily goal, cleaned up after the day was done and most of all, he was honest and sincere in every aspect of the work. I will DEFINATELY, hire Mr. Mike's over and over for any and everything he's capable of doing (which is a LOT!). He is professional, dependable, caring of the customer's needs, and in this day and age...affordable! Guys like this don't come around often. I have already recommended him to colleagues at my office and will continue to recommend him because of the great work and honesty he maintained throughout the project. I had two prior quotes. Both were large reputable companies who essentially gave me an inflated "rip-off" quote, hoping I'd take the bait. Mike on the other hand, gave me an honest quote, did a better job, explained things, completed changes that I requested on the fly and did it all for SIGNIFICANTLY less...like 1/3 the price. Anyone in the local Drexel Hill area will be getting a true gem by hiring Mike...my only regret writing this is that now I may have to wait longer to book him for our next job in September.

I wanted to have a small window in attic replaced. Called to see if this is something Mr Mike does. He came out, looked it over, and said he could take care of it for me. Mike searched for the right window replacement, ordered it for me, and when the time came took out the old window and installed the new one perfectly. ....A nice guy whose services I would recommend and would use again if the need arises.

It went extremely well; I am really pleased with the jobs he did for me. He is also very neat as he works, and very respectful of furniture and objects around the area. Mike is a personable guy, and very honest about the work and the cost (which is quite reasonable.) I'm just afraid my neighbors who met him will monopolize him from now on.

Mike was fantastic. He's very responsive, friendly, and he has a high quality of workmanship. He came out beforehand to offer his thoughts and an estimate on the work. In one case, he suggested a less expensive, and more practical solution to something I wanted done, and it was the right course of action. Mike completed all of the work in one day and each new addition has resulted in big improvements and added conveniences to our home. If you're looking for a reliable, skilled, and very reasonable handyman in the Delco area, Mike is absolutely your guy.

He was very nice, very reliable, and will not attempt to do something he does not know how to do, and then leave it in worse shape than it was before. He was always on time and showed up when he said he would. We will call him again for sure.

It went very well he called back promptly. He showed up earlier than expected which was good. He looked the job over explained what had to be done, gave me some help tips about what to purchase and did an excellent job on both projects. I gave his name and number to my sister as we are always looking for good people to do jobs we can't handle ourselves. I will definitely call him again for future projects. The price was very fair.

Mike was very good at what he did. He even got a base for the fan to fit into the ceiling so that the fan would not shake. We were very please with him and his work.

I provided material. He kept his appointment on a day we agreed I was not available as the lights were outside. He installed and came back later when I was available to make sure lights worked. He stayed until everything was working to my satisfaction.

Mike responded to my phone message the day I left it, and agreed to come out the next day to replace the window. He showed up at the agreed upon time (actually he arrived early), measured the window, went and got the glass and replaced the window in about an hour total.. Most importantly, he did a great job.

Mike measured my window wells then built two covers. Painted steel frame and quarter inch plexiglass. A large hinged center section for opening and closing when desired. We've had two heavy rains and they both kept the water out. They look great. My neighbors are jealous.

Mike is thorough, skilled and a nice man. He was flexible as our project was outdoors and the weather delayed our start. Great suggestions for resolving obstacles. He flipped his schedule and we appreciated it greatly. We had all the materials delivered in advance, so he could get to the job right away, Will absolutely use him again! We are happy with our beautiful new cedar fence.
