This experience has been a dissapointment ! When I called to schedule the work, Justice could not fit me in for 3 weeks. On March 8th when no one had shown up by 8:45 am I called then emailed. He called back and said he had put the date in his book wrong and had scheduled me for Monday , March 11th. He said he would be there Monday and asked for the address which I had already emailed him as the work was being done at my daughter's home and not mine. Monday morning he called at 8:15am and said I am in front of your house to which I responded " that is not where you are supposed to be." After swearing, it took him another 40 minutes to get to my daughter's house. He and another worker came in and he said " I do not know if I can do this in one day and I did not bring a ladder." The area was a great room and hallway in a twin home. At about 1pm he said " your time is up. " They were half way around the room so I asked them to finish the room. I was glad when they left at 4:30 pm . It took me hours to clean off all the small pieces that had dried on the baseboards. Last week I got a bill for ...work completed ...for $250. I will pay it and never hire him or recommend him to anyone !!

They were too expensive. They quoted $400. The people that came out were fine.

They did a very professional job. We are very pleased with the appearance of the walls and ceiling. They spent time up-front fixing cracks and nail pops. They cleaned up every day and left the house clean when they finished. We now know to request odor free paint if we have to paint in the winter. Because of the weather we couldn't open up the house, but vent fans took care of the problem in a couple of hours.

Arrived when scheduled. Did the work efficiently. Clean up and replacing outlet plates done without prompting. Was pleased with work and asked for painting estimate.

I purchased the deal of the day and Justice called right away to set up the appointment. I chose to wait until after the holidays. Justice and Daniel arrived this morning and did a wonderful job of removing the old (16 years) wallpaper in our living room. They cleaned up everything when they were done and even swept the front porch. The work was done so well we asked for an estimate to paint the room and they're coming back to do that.

Went very well. I was contacted promptly after my initial phone call. The job was completed as promised and everything was cleaned up before they left. They also were very professional. I would highly recommend.

They were prompt and worked efficiently. They treated my house with respect. They cleaned up well when they were finished, and advised me on how to prepare the surface for painting.

Freedom Painters arrived promptly every day. They were courteous and neat, and took great pains to protect my floors and furniture. Several spots were difficult to get to, but they managed! The painting was professional to the highest degree, and the outcome was beautiful. In some cases, they had to paint over a very dark color. This took a third coat, but they did not charge me. After they were paid, they came back another day to touch up spots they were not happy with! You can do no better than to go with this company. I recommend them highly.

Justice and his team are wonderful! Clean, hard working, and honest. I originally hired Freedom for 8 hours off wallpaper removal. They did more in 8 hours than I could image. At the end of the day I asked if they could come back to remove wallpaper from my bathroom and a few other areas. My bathroom was coated with wall paper glue and Justice and his team got clean!! Nothing but rave reviews for Freedom!

I purchased the deal of the day (8 hours of wallpaper removal) on Thursday and Justice called me right away to schedule. He and his crew arrived Monday morning and completed the removal. At that time he gave me an estimate to paint and when I asked when it could be done he said how about Wednesday. I loved how quickly I could get the work done especially this time of year when I was trying to decorate for the holidays. All work done very professionally. Very clean and neat.

It was a little bit of a tough job because there was a border along the ceiling. Everything went better than expected: the guys were extremely punctual and were very pleasant and professional. After removing the wallpaper, they were meticulous in removing any remaining glue and then washed down the walls. After the job was done, they cleaned up all the debris and put the room back in place. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. I would definitely hire them again for future jobs!

Justice was friendly and professional and responded to my calls and emails. He surveyed the job the day after I telephoned him and I had his email estimate the next day. His price was very fair. Justice helped me find a NO VOC paint that I could even use in the kitchen and the bathroom. The colors were mixed perfectly even though I had given him Benjamin Moore names and numbers and we bought a Sherwin Williams paint. He accommodated requests for touchups--for example the window and door trim is difficult in this apartment and he refined it. He was punctual and efficient and finished the job on schedule. When I noticed a few touchups were needed after the job was finished, Justice returned the following week.

Freedom contractors was very prompt with a response to my inquiry as well as setting up a time to come out and spec the job. I found their proposal to be fairly priced and thorough. I couldn't have been happier with Justice and the crew. It took a little longer than expected but I think the popcorn ceilings put up a bigger fight than anticipated. In the end I was very satisfied with the work and would use them again.

Responded next day to request for job estimate. Provided job estimate same day. Estimate was very clear and detailed. Job started promptly and was finished as promised. Preparation of walls was excellent. Wallpaper removal accomplished with negligible damage to be repaired. Used very high quality paint. Workmanship was very good. Daily cleanup excellent. Delight to work with. Would recommend them without reservation.

Justice of Freedom Contractors provided and incredible value. Justice promised two weeks completion while my M-I-L and fiancee were away on vacation and he delivered. His work was flawless. Everyone that comes into the house makes the same comment.. "You can tell this was done by a good painter. Proper prep (which isn't cheap and makes or breaks a paint job), the best paints, silky smooth walls and trim. It really looks fantastic. If you are wondering if this was a good value.. My MIL had gotten a bid for over $8K for the same work.

Justice is a wonder. I would hire him again for any painting project and there are several coming up. He was early for the first working appointment and got right to work removing the wallpaper from the walls. A family business, Justice had both his sister and brother on site to make sure the project moved smoothly. The colors are magical, the house was pristine at completion and all hardware was replaced. Justice was willing to answer any questions we had and even arranged to have an old air conditioner removed from the living room wall. I didn't have a single worry with Justice at my home. He was respectful of our concerns with details and followed them to the letter. He said he would take two weeks to complete the project and he came in on schedule and exact price. I recommend Freedom Contractors without a single hesitation.

I chose freedom contractors after reading all of the great reviews on Angies List and were more than pleased with their work. Justice and crew are very professional, timely, and gave us a very reasonable quote. I had them do my kitchen and family room and a porch in our 1955 colonial house, which was quite a lot of work since the paint on the porch ceiling was in very bad shape (and peeling paint). The Project manager Rebecca and her crew did a superb job in cleaning, patching, and painting it and it looks fantastic. We also had a water leak in ceiling of the family room and needed a lot of work. They did a great job spackling and replacing some of the dry wall and it looks brand new. I will refer them to everyone and will be using them again in future.

Justice removed all of the wallpaper in a large bedroom and painted exterior window sashing. Other contractors had quoted me as much as $1,000 for wallpaper removal; one had offered to do it for $500 if I worked alongside him. Justice and his two colleagues stripped the room in a day and charged nowhere near that price. They did a great job, protected my home from dust, paste and dirt from their shoes, were punctual, conscientious and very nice. I will use them again!

Justice did a fantastic job. The walls and ceiling are now smooth and have a professional paint job. He is professional, responsible, and completes work in the time discussed.

We hired Freedom Contractors after we saw the nice job they did at the Haverford Township Free Library. Their prices are very competitive!

Returned call promptly, provided an estimate very quickly, did a an excellent job and cleaned up very well afterward. Very conscientious and capable.

They were very considerate. They were neat and orderly. They left the house the same way it was before they got here.
