Robert from Electric Sewer Service was prompt, professional, and courteous. He cleared the main sewer line at my elderly Dad's house,and did a great job. The price was reasonable, Dad was happy, and so was I. We originally had an estimate from another company that wanted to do far more work at a very high price, but Robert determined that none of that was necessary. Robert came out within 2 hours . He quickly determined that our sewer blockage had cleared by itself and he recommended that we do nothing else . He just charged a modest fee for a service call . He was professional and honest . We would certainly use him again .

We contacted Electric Sewer Service, after the Plumber, sent by our Home Warranty Company failed to identify where the stoppage was. The owner (Robert) was pleasant and professional, from the first phone call up to leaving, after having resolved the problem.tely After we called him, he agreed to come out on a Sunday morning, since we had been not using any water for a couple of days. He checked the all the possible locations of the stoppage and after a short time correctly identified where the stoppage was. He made sure to work in a clean fashion, taking care of our floor. He resolved the problem in half an hour, explained what the problem was and how it could be avoided. He asked for less than a quarter of what the Home Warranty Company's plumber had requested, for the work that was not covered under the warranty. Amazing person, great service. A true professional. Highly recommended.

At 1130 on a Saturday morning, my wife saw that sewage was backing up into out utility tub. I called another service and gave them until 130pm and there was still no response. I called Electric Sewer Service at 135p and left a message with a person at an answering service. Robert called me back less than 5 minutes later. I explained my problem. He arrived less than 15 minutes later and solved the problem within 10 minutes or arriving. Fast, polite, reasonably priced and a very nice guy. I was very impressed and recommend ESS strongly.

My pipes were backed up and it was leaking into the lawn. He came within a half hour to correct the problem. This is the second time I used his service in two years. It is a family business.

I called the company. My call was was returned by the office. The service appointment was scheduled on the same day as the call. I received a call from the office when the technician was in route. The service technician arrived promptly. I explained that my basement sinks were clogged. The technician looked at the sinks and determined where the drain was clogged. Using an electric devise, the drain was cleared. After clearing the drain, he then checked all other plumbing fixtures to determine if everything worked properly. He presented a reasonable bill which I paid and he then left. The entire process took less than one half an hour and I am very pleased. I recommend this company for anyone with a clogged drain.

I called Electric and was able to schedule an appointment the very next day. They called before coming over, and arrived as scheduled. The 2 workers attempted several methods (both manual and machine)to unclog the drain, but were unable to do so. Apparently there is a difficult obstruction somewhere in the line. They recommended having a plumber come out to dig up the line. They only charged me $45 for the service call, and worked for about 45 minutes.

Extremely punctual and professional. Scheduled appointment in the afternoon and they were there by the next morning. Fixed problem within an hour.
