Bear services did a great job

Great Service, James was very nice and he very efficient.

Our service tech Stephen came the day after I called for service for our gas dryer, during the two-hour envelope of time specified. He was knowdgeable, professional and quickly diagnosed the problem with our dryer and he showed us what had happened to the dryer. Fortunately, he did have the kit necessary to effectuate the repair on his truck, and the dryer was quickly repaired. I would use Bear Service again for appliance repairs.

Sent knowledgeable repair person, who quickly diagnosed issue, ordered part, and fixed electric dryer.

He did not do the job , I replaced my appliance instead but his customer service was on point

My experience was pleasant. From Anna in customer service (I think) keeping me up to date on the parts and scheduling for service, to the service tech Stephen who was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions., job well done on fixing my appliance without a hitch. The cost of repair was more than I anticipated and researched but it I believe I got my moneyâ s worth. Thanks you !

Ben was great. He easily found the problem and told us the best course of action.

Bear Service was strong in setting up initial service call and getting to my house quickly. Unfortunately, tech was weak in product knowledge. Couldn't fix my oven, he thought he needed special parts that would have to be sourced from a parts warehouse. I didn't hear back from Bear Service, so I called their office to find out if they could source the parts, and received no response. They left me hanging with an inoperative oven. Had to call another appliance service company, and the second firm came next day and in 25 minutes had my oven working fine.

Terrific service. Stephen was wonderful and got the washer fixed.

They were accessible where other contractors were difficult to even make contact with. They surprised me with how quickly they acquired the item which was needed to fix the problem. Bottom line: the range works beautifully once again!

What I liked about them the most is they had great communication skills. They reached out to give me status updates. They showed up when they said they would, fixed my washing machine. Stephen was polite and professional. I am very happy I hired them.
