Tech arrived on time as promised diagnosed and fixed my problem in a few minutes. As courteous and polite. Will definitely reach out to this company again should I need service in the future.

Technician James was excellent! Knowledgeable and friendly.

The tech was fast and good- very happy.

The technician was more interested in getting the service fee (just to get into the house) and leave than finding out what the problem is and fix it. He was here for about 15 minutes, and told me that the control board was bad and a new one would cost $300 plus labor etc. He recommended me to get a new dryer since my current one was 10 years old. He collected the fee and left. I searched online after he left and found three videos showing people how to fix the exact same problem with the exact model dryer as mine. I watched the videos and ordered the part (the heating element) on Amazon. It costed me $25. We followed the videos and replaced the heating element. The dryer is working fine now. I can't speak for this business as a whole as this was my first experience with them. But I can say that this technician was more of a scammer than anything else. I will never do business with them again.

Very professional from start to finish with regular communication on status of call, parts ordered and arrival times, even on line tracking of techâ s location. only minor inconvenience, tech arrived hour earlier and I missed his text notifying me. Tech was friendly and very professional. Saved about $60 vs quote from Whirlpool to replace seal on washing machine.

This company is really a 5+! I cannot say enough about the service I received. James, the owner, went above and beyond to help get my built in microwave replaced. He was on time, courteous,and kept in contact w/ me. I would definitely recommend this company!!

They were very professional, price was good. My part had to be ordered they had it in a couple of days and came out the next day to repair my freezer ice maker. I will definitely use them again!

we did not use them in the end. the project was too costly to repair. the serviceman was delightful and prompt.

First team came out and broke microwave further. Sr tech came out later and fixed the issue and extra damage.

Good initial response. They could have been more on top of keeping me up to date on parts arrival. I had to call twice Price was somewhat expensive, but seemed in line with similar appliance repair costs. Repair was well done after part arrived. Just a water valve to refrigerator ice maker supply so it was not complex. Price about $259 for parts and labor.
