Description of Work: Clean, deodorize and protect carpets for 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room and hall way(no furniture was moved). Price includes two return cleanings within 18 months. Cost for each service performed is way too high in my opinion.

+ -1 moreI love how clean the whole room smells clean and they take great care to lift all of the furniture off the ground using foam squares. I will definitely be using them for my new house! Maybe it would be cheaper to rent a Rug Doctor, but i value my time and think it's worth the money!
Description of Work: I just had basement carpets cleaned in preparation for selling the house. I have never used the service for any other surface than carpets.

+ -1 moreThey came out in May. They cleaned two bedrooms and the tile. It was an excellent experience. I had a stain in the apartment building that I own. The tenant had a stain there and the technician took the time to analyze and figure out what it was. He sprayed some stuff on it to get the grease out right away. He went above and beyond. He re-cleaned a room like three times to bring the carpet back. He was excellent. They are the only carpet cleaners that I use. He was a little late but he did what he was supposed to do. He gave me this wide window that said when he was going to come between 8 to12 but he showed up at 12:15. Sitting and waiting out of hours can be a little annoying.

+ -1 moreThe two gentlemen whe came to my house were very nice. The carpets came out clean. I was completely happy with Stanley Steemer. I would reccomend them to someone else. They were on time. The prices were good.
