Damaged my deck furniture. Damaged gutter which came down during first rain after roof installed. Nails and debris all over deck and yard. Two leaks, they have attempted repair twice, and still leaking. Waiting for them to contact me about third repair attempt.

Rainmasters was a little pricier than most the other contractors I contacted, but they did a good job. The estimate was on target with the final bill. The contractor used the same roofing materials we had used a few years earlier on an addition. The whole replacement was done in one day. One of the crew members was dedicated to picking pieces of shingle and nails out of our shrubbery and surrounding area. They had to replace one sheet of plywood, which they did on the spot without a fuss. The guys who did the work were not the guys who did the estimate. Only one problem...bits of shingle and debris ended up going down the roof vents for the bathroom fans and microwave/stove exhaust. When I called the contractor, they (the estimators) came out within a few days and took everything apart to fix the problem free of charge. Do put tarps down in your attic as there was a ton of debris that came down as a result of all the pounding on the roof. I feel they did a good job.

I can't tell you how happy I am with rainmasters. They were quick, clean, professional and didn't ask to put a sign up on my lawn even though I would have gladly given permission. They didn't even ask me for any deposit money upfront. Every night they swept up and made the work area clean even covering the dumpster with a tarp so that you didn't have to look at the trash. The workmen were professional and courteous and the house looks like new. Thanks Rainmasters for giving me a great job.

THEY RUN A PROFESSIONAL OUTFIT. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT I HAD TO BUG THEM ABOUT THE PROJECT SCHEDULE TO GET THE JOB DONE. I HAD TROUBLE REACHING THE OWNER TO GET QUESTIONS ANSWERED. WHEN I FINALLY REACHED HIM, HE CAME RIGHT OUT, ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS, MADE A FEW CHANGES TO THE JOB, AND GAVE ME A 6 YEAR WARRANTY. HE DIDN'T WANT ANY MONEY UNTIL I WAS HAPPY, AND THAT HELPS A WHOLE LOT. CHECK YOUR DRIVEWAY FOR SCREWS AFTER THE CREW LEAVES!
