NORBILL DISPOSAL SERVICE

Dennis from Norbill came promptly as scheduled and tested the pump and the alarm. He was honest and indicated that pump was working fine and no replacement was required. He did provide me with an estimate for replacement, should the need arise that is $500 less than the original vendor, I will be using Norbill moving forward and will refer them to all my neighbors.

This could not have turned out worse. I have lived in my house for 15 years and have worked with dozens of contractors during that time. I have NEVER refused to pay a contractor until these people ruined my front yard and then disappeared. I refused to pay so they took me to court and blatantly lied to the judge about almost everything that occurred. This included denying that we had multiple conversations about the job that I had well documented (notes with dates, times, names and what was discussed/agreed to). The judge had no option other than to split the bill down the middle and compromise. In my opinion, this company is owned and run by a group of unprofessional, unethical people who need money so badly they have to lie to get it.

This is a great company. They were very friendly over the phone, arrived right when they said they would, and immediately got to work. They had done work for the previous owners and so were already familiar with the property, and were able to pull their truck right to where it should be without asking for direction. They got the pump started and one kept an eye on it while the other took the time to answer my questions and talk a bit. They were done within fifteen minutes and away they went. I was happy with the service and will definitely use them when it's time to pump out the tank again.

They are excellent and we have used them for many years. Considering them for inspection services too.

We are very pleased with the work that they have done. They are timely when I have called for their assistance here to make an appointment. They have always been ready to serve and they have a phone system where on a regular basis they will call back in a year. Their price is reasonable. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

They are great. They are very punctual and professional. Their trucks are always painted nicely and they are spotless. They are always very clean. They really do a good job. I would recommend them for the way they handle things. They are not typical to this industry. Their equipment is clean and their workers are clean. They come and handle the unpleasant subject very well. They are very friendly and recognize us well. I will not consider using anybody else. We have used them for 15 years.
