Description of Work: I used them for many years, and found their work to be very good. Over the years I spent thousands on their services. However one time when I had a problem with some underfloor pipes, they quoted a huge price (over $5000) to repair. Since the quote seemed very high, I reached out to another plumber (Cooper Mechanical) for another quote. Cooper came in at half the price. They performed the work and did an excellent job. I've used them ever since. I will never say Kniese's performed poor work, but as a good longtime customer, I felt very stung by this attempt to overcharge.

Description of Work: We had a small refrigerator problem, copper pipe from fridge to water source broke and was leaking into the basement. They were able to get us in same day and the day before a holiday! The service man was so nice and friendly and found the problem, explained it to me and fixed it quickly. They were very easy to work with and I will definitely use them again next time I need a plumber! Thank you!
