+ -1 moreHe was fine, but we didn't use him. He was very knowledgeable, we just moved in another direction, not even with another contractor. We just changed the scope of the project, and that is why we didn't use him. The cost was fine as well. He was fine. He was local, and that is why I called him. We were very happy with what he told us. His price was competitive. If we ever decided to do that kind of project again, we would call him.
Description of Work: We got an estimate from John Dubyk Contracting Inc for patterned concrete.

+ 0 moreFrom the moment I contacted John there was nothing but extreme friendliness and professionalism. He was quick to come out for the estimate and was very responsive with email once we had questions. His crew was very quick and polite and did excellent work. A project that i thought would take two days was done in one and his crew cleaned up like they were not even there all day.
Description of Work: We had our existing pool deck & extra concrete removed and a new one installed.

+ -1 moreThe project was very smooth. The owner was onsite when the work was done and the project was done in 3 consecutive days.
Description of Work: Had the entire concrete front walkway removed and redone with stamped concrete. Also a landing on the side of the house removed and replaced as well.
