I have been using Harmony Clean to clean my home for quite a few years. They always do an excellent job, are responsive to special requests, and I love that they use green products. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

They were pretty thorough and they are all organic so they don't clean your house with any junk. They don't clean your house with toxic chemicals, they clean it with natural stuff. Their staff is friendly and they are down to business. They come here ready to work.

I wanted to express my disenchantment with Harmony Cleaning of Doylestown. We had great service until they change teams and then thing rapidly deteriorated. We had a poor experience with the new team that got worse when we tried to work with the office to fix the issues. It has now been over a year and thought we would explore going back as the teams might have changed and when I called was faced with a more than a disappointing approach and more excuses than a willingness to provide a basic level of client service that ended in us not moving forward. I find it hard to believe that this firm makes all kinds of excuses for it's team lack of proper dusting, leaving rugs on furniture, not cleaning sinks and the top of refrigerator and the client is made out to be the bad guy. Not sure what happened with this firm but I would not recommend them.

Uh, oh. Looks like we have a bit of a misunderstanding. Harmony Clean did not clean this home on October 11th. The last time we cleaned the home was in May of 2011. So why the bad report now? True, this person did call us to resume our service (coincidentally on October 11th), however, we politely declined. See, back in May, things were not going too well despite our best efforts. We aim to please, but sometimes our service is just not a good fit for every home. So in the spirit of doing the right thing - we provided a 100% free top-to-bottom clean and then parted ways. Being loyal to our staff is of utmost importance to us. After all, house cleaning is no easy chore. Sending them to a home where they have no chance of excelling makes no sense for anyone. So instead, we politely provided two alternative resources to resolve his cleaning needs. We pride ourselves on open communication and responsiveness. If Team A isn’t a good fit, we try Team B. Still not perfect? Our Quality Assurance Manager comes out and investigates any issues. Our Smiles Guaranteed policy has won us #1 in house cleaning in Best of Bucks as voted by customers and the local community SIX years. Thanks for your vote of confidence!
