Description of Work: Excellent to work with, installers were on time and we are very happy with our new appliance

Description of Work: Service on my Kitchen Aid dishwasher (that I bought at their store in addition to several other appliances) never took place because they couldn't guarantee a service time. I called for service and told the person that I work until one and would require a service call after that time. They said no problem and made the date and time. The day before the service they called and left me a message that my service was the next day between 9 and 1. When I told the rep that I am not home at that time she said that they don't guarantee service time. None of this was said when I made the original call. I could not find "someone" to be home at that time as she suggested. Since my problem was not an emergency I asked for an appointment the next week...l they would not guarantee the time of that service either, regardless of how far in advance you make the arrangements. I have never run into a service dept. like this. It is understandable when you have an emergency situation that needs attention right away- you take whatever is available and take off work. This was not the case. I will never use them for service again, nor will I purchase any appliances from them in the future.

Description of Work: They delivered a new washer and new dryer to us. Both of them had problems and they took them back. They delivered new ones again the following Monday. We took out the 5-year warranty on both items and had to use it once. Great service the one we needed it.
