Rocco the owner of Finer Finishes was up front and honest from the beginning with estimate and any changes or unexpected problems that came up during the project. The subcontractors he hired for the plumbing, electrical and glass shower doors were top notch. I am going to have our other bathroom remodeled this year as well and plan to bring Rocco back to do that job too. Finer Finishes/Rocco is meticulous and clean all throughout the project. He was very careful of our property and cleaned up everyday before he left for the day. Rocco did not work on other projects while he was committed to us, so there weren't any days he put us off for someone else. He was also very helpful in helping me make decisions on products and paint color for both bathrooms. I highly recommend Finer Finishes if you want perfection.

Rocco was easy to work with. He treated our property and us with respect. Rocco did a beautiful job and we plan to have him remodel our master bathroom in the near future.

If you have dealt with contractors in the past, you know how unreliable and all over the map they can be. Rocco is a professional in every sense. Always timely, punctual, and accurate with estimates. We have 2 little kids, and used to have a big dog, all of whom Rocco dealt with in stride. My 3 year old refers to him affectionately as 'Mr. Wacko' (can't pronounce Rocco very well!) We have used Rocco on at least 3-4 different projects, and would not hesitate to do again.
