Michel responded promply to my messages and gave a reasonable estimate. He gave me a timeline in which the work would be completed and he stuck to it. The work was very good and has held up to our wild weather.

Michael returned our call immediately and followed up with a personal call the same day to view work we wanted done and provide an estimate. He scheduled our work for the next week and on the appointment day arrived promptly. Work was completed quickly. There was a timing issue with the motion sensitive lights over our garage doors and Michael returned the very next day to make the adjustment. Michael is both a plumber and electrician so we will definitely be calling him again in the near future.

Michael has done a lot of plumbing and electrical work for us, recently and about 8 months ago, I highly recommend him. No job seams to be too small or too big or even too difficult, he is honest, courteous, reliable and dog friendly (my two dogs love him!), he takes his time and gets the job done right and he genuinely wants you to be happy. Here is the scope of work Michael has done for us; Electrical: he ran wire, added switches and put in recessed lights in the ceiling of our study, installed a bathroom light/fan, a chandelier in the living room and pendant lights in the dining room, he repaired the ceilings so all we had to do was paint them following installation. Installed a 20 amp breaker outlet in gym and again repaired the ceiling afterwards. He has installed new fans, wall and ceiling lights as well as outlets throughout the house. Plumbing/handy work: replaced bath faucet, removed bathroom countertops and faucets and installed new faucets following granite countertop installation, installed new shower and frameless shower door, cut a whole in butcher block and installed a zero radius sink and faucet, replaced sump pump battery back up system and installed new toilets.

I left a message for Michael and he returned my call very promptly. He came to my house and gave my a very fair price that included both labor and material. He returned to do the work, as agreed, within a a few days of my initial call. Michael disassembled the clamp used to hold the downspout/drain to the building and re-attached it to the building using additional /better hardware - it is now much more secure than it was originally. He then re-installed the two drain pieces, secured them to the wall clamp, and re-connected the upper drain to the lower drain section (at the bottom) and to the gutter (at the top). He again used additional hardware, so the downspout/drain is now stronger and more secure than it was originally. In performing this work, Michael skillfully overcame difficulty working conditions caused by large shrubs and wet ground that made it hard to place his ladder where needed.

I called DKM when my current contractor could not take care of the work he had originally said he would do. DKM (Mike) showed up on time and promptly began the task of wiring our second floor and doing some additional work. We have an old home we are refurbishing and he worked for approximately 10 hours until the job was completed. He was courteous, professional and his price was very reasonable. My wife and I were very pleased with his work and would definitely call him again in the future.
