Description of Work: Washed and painted our wood deck. It went well, my only comment would be that they waited until the morning of the project to notify us that our selected color was not available in the paint type needed. Had we known earlier we could have selected a different color and not waste the entire morning trying to make the original one work. But the job itself was done well and in the time, manner, and cost specified.

Description of Work: The estimate process was very quick and easy. There were some communication issues between the estimator and the crew that did the work but such was resolved very quickly. Overall they were neat and got the job done on time.

Description of Work: I contracted them to paint a sunroom addition we put on the house several years ago. They were very competitive (though I could not find the invoices today) and did an excellent job. I will definitely ask them to bid on future painting at my house.

Description of Work: Let me start by saying we are particular when it comes to our home. We like things done well. We called Certapro Doylestown and the estimator was quick to respond and set up an appointment to walk through the job. We were painting our laundry room, kitchen and rec room. Will, the estimator, assessed the work we needed done and was able to give us a quote within several hours. They offer different levels of wall prep and we chose the highest level of wall preparation (level 5) because our walls had a lot of needs. We felt the price for the level of service we needed was appropriate. We were able to schedule the work to fit in our timeline which was great. The painters arrived on schedule. Our crew foreman was Dogan. He was polite and professional. His crew of 2-3 other men were all very nice. The spoke primarily Turkish but Dogan spoke English without issue. Dogan walked through the job with me and we reviewed what we needed done. They made sure to protect surfaces and clean up after themselves each day. The last day on the job we walked through the work. There were multiple areas I felt were not at a level 5 wall prep and pointed them out to Dogan. He quickly got out the spackle and walked through re-spackling any area I was concerned about.Two days later the crew returned and sanded the additional spackle areas and repainted. The final product was great. I appreciated Dogan's professionalism and willingness to ensure I was happy with the final product. I would use Certapro Doylestown and Team Dogan again.

Description of Work: Cleaned, sanded, primed and painted four large windows, and two French doors.

Description of Work: Exterior painting of a 1 1/2 story Cape Cod house, to include scraping of of all loose paint and peeling paint to ensure a firm base for new paint, fill all cracks and gaps around windows and doors, degloss where necessary, powerwash to remove dirt and mildew along with hand washing no maintenance vinyl with Krudcutter. Paint soffit, new and "old" stucco, wood siding on porch roof, shutters, doors door frames, facia, porch posts. Applying two coats of paint to all surfaces and primer on new stucco. We were told estimate was a little higher than normal due to the amount of prep involved of old peeling paint. We chose Certa because they have been around awhile and references were good. Martin's presentation was wonderful and no pressure. He was always available but was not able to deliver the work promised. We are so disappointed. The price would have been acceptable if the prep work would have been done, Correctly!!

Description of Work: Painted 9' walls of entire first floor (living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, & powder room,), first to 3rd floor hallway walls, 8' walls of entire second floor (master bedroom, master bath, hall bath, & 3 bedrooms), & side walls of 3rd floor loft. Custom colors were selected by interior decorator. House was unfurnished at time of job; therefore, no furniture needed to be moved or draped by the painters. No trim, molding, windows, ceilings or doors included in contract works.
