This was a great experience. They were prompt, thorough, and very professional. Thet explained everything they were doing and spent a lot of time on the property. They even dropped electronic gps points if I need coordinates in the future. I was impressed.

They were very professional from the first call explaining what they would do, to the finish when showing pin placement. The workers explained how they found were the pins should be placed and how they found those points. Very good people and would definitely recommend to others.

Initial call and email correspondence was great. I was surprised by them one morning at my door. I was ok with that since a spot opened up sooner than initially scheduled but a heads up would have been icing on the cake.

Company seemed very interested in my need for the survey. Promised a specific day and showed up as promised. Work was completed properly and I was very happy with the results. Professional and 'human' - a good company.

Cavanaugh's Surveying Service was very good. I talked to the owner Patrick and the communications back and forth over the phone was also very good. He let me know the details and estimate and schedule a day for the survey. From other estimates I received, Cavanaugh's was within the same price and was much lower than another company I called. One of his employees came right on time and was very nice and helpful explaining the borders, very professional.
