I bought the special of 99.00 for two hours work. The installer did a good job. I'm happy with what he did.

The contractor arrived on time and fixed the problem. We are happy with their service.

I bought a 2 hour deal. Toby was very responsive, especially via email (which is the easiest way to contact me with my schedule) which a lot of contractors seem unable to use. We discussed the work and what to do if the 2 hour deal wasn't enough, which seemed likely. We agreed to up to four hours total. It was only a small job, so just one of his team showed up. They arrived on time (despite the terrible road-work induced traffic around here). Toby hadn't seen the house, so I had to reexplain exactly what work was involved. There were a couple of questions during the work about how I wanted certain things, he was polite, asked when necessary but otherwise just got on with everything. My "to do" list wasn't quite finished and I helped with some of the cleanup work to keep things on time and get as much done as possible. This was fine with me and let the professional do the things I needed a professional for. I'm happy with the results.

I responded to an Angie List special offered by Carpentry USA for two hours of carpentry for $79. The carpenter, Dave, showed up and preceded to remove the old board and replace it since to original was coming apart. He was neat and particular in cutting and fitting the new board. He finished and cleaned up within the two hours.

Toby was knowledgeable when I talked to him on the phone multiple times to explain the hardwood floor issues that we have been facing. Our house is close to 100 years old, so it is challenging to deal with “This Old House”. Toby evaluated the situation and suggested the course of action and scheduled the appointment. And, Dave showed up on time at the scheduled time as promised. An hour later, our loose hardwood floor problem is resolved! Thank you Dave and Toby!!

Mr. Perfetto was kind enough to help me with my enquiry about industry standard pricing of flood remediation, and educated me on correct practices for same. He did this via several phone calls and an email after hours and without charging me. His help has enabled me to better deal with a billing situation from a different company in which my inexperience had left me in a quandary. Due to his help and information, I am confident I can resolve my issue with this other company. In the future, if I need contracting or water remediation services, I shall surely contact Carpentry USA LLC before anyone else. Very impressed. Good folks do still exist! Thank you, sir!

We had a bathroom completely remodeled. The owner's name is Toby Perfetto. He is so professional. His entire crew was great to have in my home. My daughter, mother-in-law and wife all felt very comfortable while they were working in our home. The entire crew respected all my property while at my house. | |USA stands behind their work!!!
