+ -1 moreAs we have already stated, Fred left us with a rocky back fill that we can do nothing with other than try to keep the weeds down. I VERY STRONGLY recommend that you have a contract with Fred before you let him start an work on your property.
Description of Work: Fred was hired to demolish the old in ground pool. He brought his personal machinery in to break away the walls of our in-ground swimming pool. As we ( him & I ) continued to clear the way of fence & shrubs he decided that we needed heavy equipment to drill holes in the bottom of the pool for drainage. After renting this equipment at our cost, Fred completed the first phase of the job, half grading the area an left the seeding to us around the outside area. I called Fred in the spring to complete grading the immediate area with top soil but he insisted that he was to busy putting a fence in as he would call in the near future. As of (9-24-15) I have not heard back from Fred other than hearing that he is still giving out his cards. OUR MISTAKE was to not sign a contract with Fred because we were referred by a friend.
