It was fast, neat, clean and professional.

Great. Very professional, came in on quoted price. Timely and neat. Do be aware there is quite a bit of lead time they need in the spring.

The nursery is quite nice and the staff is professional. Showroom items and landscape items are fairly expensive though.

I called at their location and set up a day/time to meet with one of their landscape designers. He arrived promptly and we walked the property, discussing the current plantings - what we might want to keep and what we wanted to remove - as well as two areas for new plantings. He spoke about the environments some of the plants preferred and made some suggestions; listened to my likes/dislikes. He said he would have a plan and cost estimate ready in about a week. Within the week, he called to say the plan was ready and he would like to review it with me. I met him at their location and reviewed the plan. I brought it home and, along with other proposals, reviewed the info with my husband. I presented all the design schemes, without costs, for my husband and I to review and we selected the Bucks Country Gardens plan as our favorite from an aesthetic point of view. In terms of cost, the entire job for all three areas was less than half of another, similar proposal considered. We contracted with Bucks Country Gardens and scheduled the work. The team came promptly and, over the course of two days, completed the work. Now that the plantings had time to settle in, there is one plant that is not surviving and that will be replaced under warranty in the spring. All the other plants, including the existing ones transplanted, seem to be adapting well and we're very pleased with the overall look. A big improvement to our property. Since we had our work done, I also had neighbors say they, too, used Bucks Country Gardens and have been well pleased with their results. I would definitely use them again for future work.

They are excellent. They were just very helpful when it comes to people like me who are not familiar with plant care and that kind of thing. They are very knowledgeable people on stuff. They are very courteous and professional. They are willing help in any way they can.

Trees immediately got sick; needles dropping etc. I had a very difficult time getting them to send someone to examine (over five weeks waiting) and then they refused to honor their guarantee; said the trees got sick from my existing plants. Staff who inspected was arrogant, rude and generally uncooperative.

TWO YOUNGER GUYS CAME AND HAD TO HAUL THE TREE AROUND THE BUILDING. IT WAS NOT EASY AND IT WAS HOT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND I GAVE THEM ICE WATER. THE TREE SO FAR HAS MADE IT THROUGH THE WINTER OK.
