from start to finish it all went well. workers certainly knew what they were doing took up old carpeting, prepped the subfloor laid down the new wood floor to match up with the master bedroom floor replaced all the floor molding the job was excellent...no seams where floors meet... looks like the hallway wood floor was always there clean up was excellent, very polite workers and very professional would hire again...

From sales through installation, everyone was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We got what we paid for. Real craftsmanship and quality. The flooring and trim was cut to perfect fits everywhere. One problem came up that was not their fault, but a lack of communication to them. they came right out and made it right after the job was done and they had been paid anyhow. Each crew member introduced themselves the first time you'd meet them. When they ripped up the old flooring and tile, they kept the site very clean.

Buckingham coordinated their work schedule with that of our kitchen contractor. They completed the floor and the molding on time and the floor looks great.

Buckingham Floor was recommended to us by several neighbors who also had their master bathrooms redone. We were extremely happy with the outcome of our bathroom. They were very professional, always on time and extremely helpful in helping us create the actual redesign. They pretty much stuck to their original timeline for completing the project and even started us earlier than agreed upon (which we were very happy about). I would highly recommend them to others in my area and we plan on using them again for a future hall bathroom project.
