Brinker's Fuels Inc

I would give them a big thumbs down. They are terrible. I had a service plan with them, and as part of the service plan, they would come once a year to clean the furnace. I don't use them anymore because their serviceman, who clearly had an incentive to sell new furnaces, walked into my basement, looked at my furnace, and said, ?I am not working on this piece of s***?. He then proceeded to break it, so that I would have to buy a new furnace. What he didn?t know, was that when he walked in and said, ?I?m not working on this piece of s***?, and then stormed out and sat in his van for 20 minutes, I set up my Ipad and I videoed him. I then called the president of the company and told him I was leaving. He asked why and I said, ?seriously?; the guy broke my furnace.? They used to have a really nice service guy that did an outstanding job. He had left, and started his own company. I told them, and they knew who he was. I told them that I was going to call Rick and Rick was going to come fix my furnace, then Brinker was going to pay that bill, and they did. They were responsive. If I called, they would come out. This was just crap.
