B&C SEPTIC SERVICE

Highly recommended! We hired B&C after much research and planning because we believed they could complete our new system to the highest of standards. You can tell right from the start that they have the experience and knowledge to handle every step of the installation. All of the crew members worked tirelessly and performed at a professional level. Once on site the communication about the schedule and what to expect was handled very well. They coordinated everything with the county and passed every inspection along the way. The quality of materials and workmanship was impeccable. They even went the extra mile when it came to the final landscaping and seeding of the property. I have been in construction for over 25 years and I typically do most of my own work but I am so pleased that we chose to use B&C for this project. I wouldn’t think twice to refer them to anyone with any septic needs.

We bought our house with the contingent the old septic tank was to be replaced. B&C came in and did a great job and went above and beyond. They looked at the design and know the area like the back of their hand.... What was proposed was not feasible and redesigned with an additional 1500 holding than for when the water table came up... (big problem in this area) Did a great job installing the 2 tank system. Now 3 years later we could have not lived without the holding tank..... We occasionally need it with heavy rain. We continue to use them to date with great service. Bob and Cheryl ( the owners) tell it like it is and wont let us waste our money..... Yes they are a small company, but there is nothing septic system related they cannot do.

They came out same day our pump warning light came on, replaced the pump and pumped out our septic tanks, had us back in good shape the same day.

The team is very polite, professional and skilled. They never seemed annoyed at explaining and informing us regarding the procedure. They did a wonderful job in setting up the system and making sure our yard was properly graded and seeded at the end. We give them our very highest recommendation. No one really wants to have to go through this, but it's nice to know that there is a company like Band C that is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and charges a fair price. We will always use them to maintain our septic system.

Made an appointment within 3-4 days, showed up on time and done within an hour. Very professional and efficient.

Bob responded immediately, figured out what the problem was and made the necessary repairs. He and his team acted professionally and respectfully. His charged us a fair price which he quoted to us before he initiated the repair. We are more than pleased with him and his staff.
