I would work with them again. The design team and project management team are great.

When it comes to Customer Service, they are attentive, the quality of work and how they handle clients is excellent. They are quick to return emails and calls. I am happy with everyone at the company from sales to the workers, to the front office. I would recommend them to absolutely everyone.

The company did a first-class, professional job replastering my pool. The pool had been in horrendous shape, with cracked plaster and dangerous slabs of plaster with cutting edges. The job the company did on a very tough project was truly amazing. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Their people do outstanding work.

The pool is gorgeous and the workers were fantastic. My only complaint is that I really had to be proactive because the construction manager was a bit flaky. He would say he was coming and not show up, say he would call and not call. I felt like I had to be "that" person to keep everything on track. Regardless, we love the final product even after the challenges.

Amazing team - great work

So far so good. TJ is good with follow up, pool is not installed yet (waiting in HOA) but I have no worries with Anthony and Sylvan.

We had to have our gunite pool resurfaced. At first we were going to put the same type of surface in the pool, however, A&S recommended, without any pressure, that we look at restoring our pool with PebbleTec. We went with that option, and it turned out beautiful. The workers were very efficient, and the process was fascinating to watch. We love the new look.

Patti the project scheduler was fantastic to work with...she makes things happen!!

They will start the project in February but so far the design and preparation have been great and everyone we have worked with wants to make sure we are satisfied with the purchase.

The Experience could have been better.

Tim Clarke of Anthony & Sylvan Pools visited our home to discuss and educate us on our pool options. He was personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. There was no pressure or heavy handed sales pitch which was a relief and much appreciated. Tim acted as a consultant and partner to help us understand and realize our ultimate goals. We could not be happier and look forward to seeing our visions become reality!
